First time i have used Cinema Casino and may well be my last. I say ' May well be ' what i mean is if i could close my account it will be. I opened an account today and received my bonus, took a while but eventually it came. I then had the worst run of slots luck i have ever experienced using Microgaming slots. It was only when i was down to 15 euros i realised i had been unwittingly signed out, this happened twice within just over two hours of game play. No sooner had i logged back in to my account that a few semi decent wins came my way. Needless to say the losses started to pile up again. I deposited further and received another bonus but the losses this time were more spread out which was fair enough. I don't expect to win every time. I do occasionally win decent amounts from casinos and i am familiar with all microgaming slots. Cinema Casino offered me the very worst slots in my gaming history but lets just say NOBODY and i don't care who you are, you would not have won playing the slots i was playing today. I can understand one or two or three maybe four or even five slots off the belt paying nothing or very little but at Cinema i had them all. Call it sour grapes if you want but understand i can accept losses with a smile. What really bugged me about this casino is that it was accredited and i read the reviews carefully. I asked for my account to be closed as i'd had enough by then and was prompted to give my name, e-mail and so on, then my account number.......That turned out to be my user name ( why couldn't they just say can i have your user name? ) trying to be clever is what that was about! I was then told i had to supply DOCUMENTS to close my account LOL, DOCUMENTS....I mean come on, seriously??? I was told an e-mail would be sent to me and i should follow the instructions how to close my account and upload the relevant documents! Needless to say i still have not received the e-mail, maybe one day it will come, who knows? I am by no means a high roller, i play slots for fun but i will warn everyone from casinomeister to think carefully before using Cinema casino. I must point out, i have had no issues prior to this when using any casino operated by Vegas Partner Lounge! Maybe it was just a case of a stropy live chat customer services rep!!
