OK...so now that Christmas is over... are there New Year's bonuses? (Gives the stingy casinos a chance to redeem themselves!!) :D

LOL.....would be nice Cynthia, but I'm not holding my breath. If casinos can't or won't recognize Christmas/Birthdays, I seriously doubt they'll loosen up the purse strings for New Year's. Of course, we can always hold out hope. :)
 
My New Years treats up to now have been a succession of nightmares with amending my withdrawal/deposit options!!! I've almost exclusively used a debit card in and out for past transactions - with a few little Neteller bits and pieces here and there.

I want to exclusively change to Neteller withdrawals (which, to be fair, is not the ideal scenario by any stretch of the imagination judging by recent neteller shenanigans - but it's sadly the most convenient - or so I thought!!)

HOW HARD IS THIS!???!???!??!

Microgaming have the option to set this up in the withdrawal screen - which of course I did... Nope, back to my 12 months old (expired) debit card the withdrawal randomnly goes! Best part being I'm in dispute with that bank over something completely different, so not really much chance of seeing that withdrawal anytime soon. Sure it'll eventually arrive somehow I guess - but still. Still no joy there.

Wagerworks, despite the absurd amount of CS intervention - which of course I complied fully with... Nope, my debit card is still there. I think this one may now eventually be sorted to be fair having just logged in to see a slight change.

It does make you wonder about this whole online malarkey sometimes...

I'm still getting Christmas bonuses. Some of the ones that were sent by postal mail are arriving late. Today I received a Christmas card from Casino Grand Bay along with a $100 no deposit bonus. I also received a card from Windows with a $25 bonus.
 
I got the same thing from Casino Grand Bay! And I've hardly played at Grand Prive at all.

Aka, heads up for you, i credited the voucher and $100 went into my bonus balance. I played some BJ and ran my total balance up to $300. However, at this point, my cash balance showed $100, and my bonus balance had somehow increased to $200. I'm not use the bonus balances growing, so I IMed a CSR, and he forwarded it to the promo department to look into.
 
I received one of the CGB vouchers today for $100. However, when I tried to claim it, the software said it had already been claimed. So after going back and forth with support for three hours, now they want scans/pics of all vouchers I've claimed with them. My God.....is it even worth it? :rolleyes:

I have same problem with CGB when claiming it, but I am almost sure it is because I allready got a simular bonus at Jupiter Club casino some months ago, so I did not bother to complain. The package in itself was very nice and my best casino gift last year actually...

It is a clearplay bonus which means you can cashout anytime if you win big. The clearpay bonuses from Grand Prive/Big Dollar are some of the best MG bonuses for a low roller like me. Recently I have managed to win several times on slots with these bonuses, and never once did I actually clear the whole bonus before cashing out.

I agree Zoozie, which is why I'm considering actually jumping through the hoops. I have a friend coming over with his digital camera to take the pics for me. Even if I had a scanner, the box this came in today couldn't be fed through it, lol. It's just disappointing when you think you've got something, only to be denied. And of course, it always happens when you're low on funds. :mad:

All I know is that if I go through this, and am still denied, I'm gonna be hopping mad. While I haven't played at Grand Prive recently, I was a loyal player there for three years, and don't even want to know how much money I deposited over those three years. We'll see.

Now I have to wait for the credit to go through (up to 24 hours). I have only deposited there twice this past year. Other groups could learn a bit about promos from them. They might have just won me over with this. Could it be bye bye Fortune lounge?
 
I received a 100 no strings bonus from Big Dollar by snail mail on 02JAN.

I entered the code and it was credited in 5 mins.

I lost the 100 in 5 mins too, playing Thunderstruck at 2.25 a spin. :p

Still, nice bonus though. :D

I withdravaled 300 form there by check "express" (1 month waiting) and 30 fee '

Has anyone signed up with CGB recently? I've been trying for about 3 weeks since I got the 100 bonus voucher, but it just says "we are experiencing problems, please contact CS" (CS are less than helpful)

Nope, my account is very old, about five years. And yep, it's sad what has happened to CS. This group used to be one of the very best out there...up until about two years ago. I don't know what happened, but they have fallen so far, it's not funny.

I hope they like the sound of my voice, because they're going to be hearing it alot today. :D
 
Joke's On Me I Guess

Well, after a day long campaign, I've been credited. I gotta give some thanks/credit to the CSR rep who did finally look after me, or should I say put up with me (I can be a tad relentless). She showed patience.

But of course, now I can't log in to the casino, haven't been able to all day. All their casinos are down, unable to connect, so I'm guessing some major server problems/technical issues. Oh well, c'est la vie....it will be there waiting for me to lose when they're up and running again.
 
I haven't been able to log in to either Big Dollar or CGB since yesterday. Maybe they just 'uninstalled' me. :D
 
I've been having troubles as well.

I can log into Lake Palace .. takes about 3 or so minutes to connect.

Then I log out of Lake Palace once connected, then I try Grand Bay ... and after a bit longer of trying to connect, it finally does.
 
Those casinos have been super-slow for over a week now. Once you get logged in, it's still slow and game play is really not that much fun because of it.
 
This time I had a reply in minutes. I know...they just want me to go away, lol.

Received a new year bonus from viplounge....$27 for the year 2007. WR 15x, Max cashout x2 (or higher if you are vip,not me!). Did poorly in achiell. then stopped for awhile, came here, noticed people doing well in Raindance, so i went back , went to Raindance with 6.50, hit 2 spin features within the first 1/2 hr, ended up playing for quite awhile. Fun! Thanks Viplounge!
