Cherry Red/ Rushmore - is any one getting paid?

Same story...Nifty asked me earlier if I was getting the run around. At that point (two weeks ago..no) now, yes. Email 6/15 wire had been sent. Yesterday, email that my withdrawal had been "delayed" and had to be reprocessed. So, of course, my question was, if you sent it how can it be "reprocessed"? No answer. Go figure:rolleyes:

cashin requested from rushmore on 6/4 approved via wiretransfer and then two days ago I phoned and was told they were having problems and the withdrawal was being "reprocessed".

What the heck?

Anyone else having problems or have you been paid via wiretransfer and how long did it take?"

please reply

still waiting...
docs approved on may 26th
w/l approved on june 1st
wire transfer.... ????

...desaparecido.

first I was "quite disappointed"
then I was "not happy"
actually I feel "seriously worried".

XOXO and Uriah are not even american players. Casinos should have no problems due to "processor" issues for players from countries that do not ban gambling. There are processors that handle these countries.

Are these withdrawal amounts still reversible for players?

I hope everyone gets paid soon. Rushmore has a history of periods of slow pay. I'm sure the departure of QT and EWX has been costly for the casinos.

As has been pointed out this sounds like an issue mainly with ACH. I use Neteller and they have been paying without much issue. It takes about a week usually. Also, they have lowered max withdrawal limits, so I can only take out a certain amount each week. Still, not an issue for us with alternative payment methods. I hope all of you get paid. I believe that you will. I really like this group and think they are as honest as any.

Delayed at Rushmore Also

I also received a delay of refund message just yesterday, so they are still having problems. They assured me that I would eventually get paid. See below copy.

"I am sorry to notify you but I have just been updated that your withdrawal that was approved on June 15Th has been delayed. The delays we have been having in the past have now been effecting the withdrawals at this time. I do assure you that you will receive your winnings as all our players have and will. As soon as your withdrawal has been reprocessed I will let you know so you will know when to expect your funds. Thank you

Best regards,
Megan Ross"

Cherry Red/ Rushmore

I have been waiting for a withdrawal from Cherry Red that was approved on May 30th and one from Rushmore that was approved June 10th, same emails , has been delayed, But I assure you that you will get paid as all of our players are getting paid.

I feel for you guys, I know all to well the feeling of waiting to get paid.. Hope the money arrives in the end!

Like most Ewallets for USA players ACH withdrawals are seemingly becoming no different. If you can't afford to wait weeks or even months for withdrawal. I suggest don't play online. We all are full aware of the risk in continuing to play nowadays. Cherry Red is a Great Casino. So you will have to bare with them until they are able to find away to pay it's US players.

If Rushmore group is paying to some and not paying to others shows that they don't have any "processor" issues and its all BS.

I am surprised they are still not in the Rogue Pit neither did I see any active warnings.
Honestly i got a faster payment from Virtual.

Now that's really bad. However, if these casinos are "acting worse than virtual", I would guess smart gamblers would quit playing at any in this group. There are other casinos that pay more quickly and they are accredited also.

It's not just "US player" issue. I asked them a few times to send me money to Moneybookers. Or they could send me a friggin cheque
they don't even bother to reply to my emails.

Smart gambler, huh? Sounds like a contradiction. :D

No Pay Yet Also with Slots Oasis

I'm dealing with this same issue with Slots Oasis. I made a withdrawal a little over a month ago and when it was approved, I was given a date as to when to expect the payout. When the date came, I received an email saying there was a delay, and every time I contact them, I get pretty much that same message. The fact that they won't even give an estimated time frame for my withdrawal to be processed is very frustrating.
jugglertx

i read most resent posts here that they were OK now so decided to give them a go

First they refused to send money to moneybookers and asked for banking info to send a wire.
Then on may 30 they sent me an email that everything is good and my w/d approved and will take up to 10 days to hit my bank.

And then today "I am sorry to notify you but I have just been updated that your withdrawal that was approved on May 30Th has been delayed. The delays we have been having in the past have now been effecting the withdrawals at this time. I do assure you that you will receive your winnings as all our players have and will. So is anyone else getting paid? Or it its me? I am aware about some processing issues with US players but does it affect the rest of the world now? And if so why CWC, JC and inet are able to pay??

If non-US players are not getting paid, and they have lowered the stated weekly maximum, it is a cashflow problem due to the sudden seizure of US facing options such as QT. This would have tied up so much of their liquidity that they can no longer pay non-US players, let alone reissue payments to US players.

This happens REPEATEDLY at Rushmore group, and this shows that they have an ongoing funding issue, yet are still taking HUGE risks by accepting US bets.

Even if their US processors have bailed completely, this should NOT stop them operating a normal service elsewhere, unless they simply don't have enough money to satisfy their processors, so they are refusing to do further transactions with them until sufficient funds have been lodged.

In the past, they have continued to accept deposits in the hope that this will give them enough liquidity to start paying backed up withdrawals.

They should have learned from previous incidents of this type, and had backup funding and processing available for such issue. At the very least, they should have ensured that the "US problem" was NOT felt by their non-US players, so that they would carry on depositing in the knowledge that they would NOT suffer because things were getting difficult in the US marketplace.

NOTHING has changed with this group.

TWO YEARS AGO I won an RJ and it took almost 2 months to receive the winnings. Stalling, "another 2 weeks", yada yada yada.

I WAS paid but ...who needs this insanity?

People will play because they have HUGE RJ's and for a while people were getting paid quite quickly. Now that they are back to the "Virtual" payout schedule they need to learn that the quick approval of the wire transfer email doesn't quite cut it when it is followed up with a "I'm sorry but your wire has been delayed due to processor issues" email. All it does is give a false sense of security that your wire has been sent (when in reality it never was), gives them a couple of weeks to try and scrape up enough money to pay people from 6-8 weeks ago and so the cycle continues. I DO NOT deposit, my only win was because of a tourney "win". So, I'm not as bad off as people who deposited and actually thought they might get paid. I'm only irritated because it is the first cash out in eons:eek2: and, of course, it had to be at Rushmore:(

So, today I thought I would ask a CSR at Rushmore about their withdrawal situation. To make a long story short, when I asked him point blank how many weeks it would take, his answer was "we don't know". Doesn't that possibly warrant a warning to new people? Play, but you may or may not get paid?

I'm not sure why anybody would play at this casino group. They seem to me to be an outfit that could "pack up" and leave overnight. They've already had long delays in cashouts during their business history and have not shown consistency in their operations. I think it's a crap game with them - maybe you get paid, maybe not.

Given everything going on now, why would you take this RISK? I guess some people are so desperate to play, the casinos know this.

Getting frustrated

Still waiting for wiretransfer, don't know where my money is. Other rtg's able to send check so why not rushmore?

Something is up, perhaps CM can help?

I believe some people are still playing because they had ultimately been paid in the past and that they had some good winning sessions previously. Their bonuses are ok and the tourneys are also quite attractive though I havent playrd them myself. However fellas, if you must deposit I implore you to deposit min. amounts eg $25 so that you wont incur much of a loss when judgment day draws near.

Cherry Red/ Rushmore

I am still waiting for a withdrawal from Cherry Red that was approved on May 30th. via wire transfer. They keep telling me that the cash outs have been delayed and will give me an update to when the withdrawal will be reprocessed, but I never get any updates. They said that they had a problem with a third party processor, but the problem is resolved and I will get paid. Said that they have heard from players who have received their winnings. The same answers from Rushmore. I had a withdrawal approved there on June 10th and they tell me the same things ad Cherry Red. Cash outs have been delayed, but you will get paid.

no pay from the rushmore group

3 of them cherry red , slots oasis & slotsville ,,cherry red since may 24 NO PAY & re approved so many times ..I dont think they are going to pay ..800.00 600.00 & 800.00 they owe me :(
I won there a 4 digits amount on May 18th.
Docs were approved 6 days later.

Actually I am still waiting my money, and I am still waiting whatever answer to my several mails. Nothing, just Silence.

Furthermore I was asking them to send me via mail the screenshot of my win to be posted here in CM (good adv for them, right ?). Opened two "tickets" about it.

Nothing.

So far.

I am quite disappointed.

Didn't know that Cherry Red was in the same Group of Rushmore, so , if can be useful, this is my experience. Ask for my winning on the14th of Juny, payed exatlly ten days later, via Neteller.I checked it right now.
Maybe the amount was very low (180 usd), maybe I'm from Europe.Anyway, from various particulars, I felt quite unsure, till I've been paid.
This is my answer to the first tread question

News?

it will be useful to know how the things are going so to decide to play there or not, in this period

tks
