Cherry Jackpot withdrawal

This withdrawal is awfully slow, I have been waiting since Monday. Spoke with Karolina and she said it's probably the processor holding it up?

I heard or saw somewhere that the withdrawals from this place are actually faster if you do a bank transfer, has anyone else ever used this method and was it any faster?

For future reference of course :(

Hi Tammy,

If you can see previous posts you will notice that any pay outs were sent out quick and players usually received them in no more than 4 days (depend on the banks etc.). In your situation it seems as there is some hold on processing side and as we spoke via PM I'm in contact with them.

I'm really sorry that this is affecting your pay out, I hope they will get back to me asap and I will have a good news for you

Not fun to have to wait. It's obvious a concern. I have been playing there, but now seeing this I will probably not deposit this weekend.

I'm used to inetbet, I request a withdrawal and the next day I get it, sometimes it might take an extra day but I have never waited this long. And it's 25.00 to have this sent via Fedex from Cherry Jackpot too!

Wow that's frustrating. It's concerning if Cherry Jackpot does not have control over their processors.

Your not the only one having issues. i saw on twitch this weekend that some casino max customers and another cherry red were asking if anyone new how long it took that they too have been waiting. I stopped playing. Many deposits and not even close to a cash out and or playtime. I've been playing rtg for years and something just doesn't feel right. Plus the download times on the games were so bad. 18 min and not only me having that issue. Also dont understand why a game has to download many times? Once it is downloaded it should be there. I think I will wait until this group is fully on track with everything. it kinda feels like a rush job to get open and they are still working out the kinks. just my thoughts.

I agree with you on that issue also. Once its downloaded you shouldn't have to keep doing it. Pm me the link to the other place {forum} you mentioned i would like to read up on the payout issues.

When this starts happening it starts to make me nervous, I have seen it in the past, I too have been online way way long ago since the online stuff started. It used to be fun but it seems its just more of a hassle. I was also one of the people that lost a shit ton when quick tender closed there doors!! I'm sure you remember that.

I know your doing your best you always do!! I just want you to know my complaint isn't with you. Today is the 5th business day and its supposed to be Fedex.

I keep checking and I have nothing. I have that delivery manager and as soon as my name and home address is scanned by a company or a person it post and shows the tracking number and delivery date.

Just PM you maybe we should try a different route?

I sincerely apologize about this delay. I received information from processor and they confirmed that there was some system glitch which caused the delay. They also confirmed that your check will be posted today.

Received it today. Thank you again for your help as always! I also wanted to say that it was never a doubt of getting paid , it was just a matter of when due to the processor :thumbsup:
