Look at this beauty. For shit sake. What's next? The bank is looking into this one because its so big. I have to go there in the morning

02/28/2008 9:22:13 AM Non sufficient Funds Charge (Reversed) $30.00 X $172.28 Edit
02/28/2008 8:39:56 AM Non sufficient Funds Charge -$30.00 X $142.28 Edit
02/28/2008 8:39:56 AM 5043 Check (RETURNED) $8,000.00 X $172.28 Edit
02/28/2008 8:39:55 AM 5043 Check -$8,000.00 X -$7,827.72 Edit

My bank is getting ridiculous...They know I dont even have checks past 2000 and this one is check number 5043!!! Someone is trying to nail me to the wall and Im getting sick of it! Im not even saying this is a casino related fraud but I will know for sure tomorrow.

babs i would close the account. asap. do not give your bank account # out anymore. folks that read my posts know i am hellbent against this. even to accredited casinos. who knows who else has access to that info? netspend for deposit, check or ach to netspend for withdrawl. no banks. period.

right on 1819
And I would change my bank too.
This way your acct name say they are closed.

Babs you prolly already know this but you need to check all 3 credit reports if you are not already using a credit monitoring service which I would not rely on anyway. I would still go to the expense to immediately get all 3 complete credit reports. I can help you on how to if necessary.

netspend..

which casinos let you withdraw to your netspend card?

This bank makes too many mistakes. I am going to close the account and change banks very soon. It's just hard with the checking account because you gotta wait till stuff clears and our only card is a debit visa. I may slowly move funds to another and have two at once keeping a very minimal amount in t here for stuff to clear

Ill find out tomorrow BB, Like I said, Im not blaming any casino at this point or any processor. Ill know tomorrow. If its in the US , prolly phishing, If its a country where I gamble, than it will most likely be that. I just feel Im getting screwed these past two weeks. You cant get paid w/o sending a check copy EXCEPT 3 dice, If it is another country, Ill close out my accounts (after everything clears, dont worry casinos, youll get paid) and get a netspend card

Good grief!! What next?? Babs, I know what a PITA it is to change accounts, but your account has been compromised for quite some time. Maybe you could go ahead and set up an account elsewhere to get things rolling, then move your business over to the new account gradually. and please, if at all possible, get a NETspend or similar card rather than use your bank account details on the internet.

Good luck, hon, and let us know how it goes.

Well

All of your are right. And now that a certain casino can do Visa w/d to USA residents (we just tested it and it worked this morning) I can now get netspend Visa and get my cashouts that way.

You can PM me if you wanna know the casino but I dont want to compromise this casino, sorry, I cant tell you in here ,no dice ! Dont want to take the chance

To answer the question to Bingo from another person (sorry, I cant remember who asked lol) The reason why I should change banks is because this bank has made several mistakes. I know I could just change checking accounts but they are really clueless. and Ill tell you why

1. The first fake internet check...had my name spellled wrong on the check and also had the number on the address wrong and they didnt notice

2. I made a deposit one time and they credited someone else' account

3. THis time, look at the check number...It is 5043 right? Well, my checks are up to 1093, I dont even have checks in the 5 thousands yet and ALSO, $8K? Never is my life! Who would write a an 8K when they only have $392 in their checking account after being a loyal customer since the day they opened?

4. And to tell you the truth, my Visa debit card can work at ANY casino. I know , we thought I was lucky......I guess not, because if they can be incompitent(sp) in that way, they are in other ways

I learned my lesson, I didnt get away with anything be being able to use my Visa debit here. If I went out and bought a netspend card this wouldnt of happened.
