    Sent a email to energy about a issue and went to ask in live chat for a update

    I was told to wait and then had another customers reply added to my chat ? Had this happen a few times .

    Also asked for a depositing match 50 % after i made my deposited and told i have to deposited after 2pm today to get that added also a bit unfair and was not inform that when asked last week about depositing matches .Put me off depositing in the further if that's the case

    Pretty standard now days for them to have a few chats open, When they say hold on a minute let me check, This is to talk with other people, This does not apply to just casinos but in all areas,

    Would be ok if they can handle it but to give you wrong info than they need to sharpen up abit, & With the 50% bonus than having to deposit after 2 oclock is a new one to me, I could understand if free spins go on at a certain time but to say you have to deposit after a certain to get a bonus is crazy, Maybe they was getting confused and was trying to tell the other person that spins go on after 2 oclock,

    I would get back on to chat & hopefully get some sense out of them, CS are pretty much useless most of the time anyway so when they have a few chats open than justs adds to the palava

    Yes well last week , I was told on chat if I made a deposited this week I would get a 50 % depositing match .Nothing was said about depositing after 2pm to claim it :eek2: .After I chatted to support they said its always been 2pm:eek2: for them depositing matches and if I wanted to claim I have to make another deposited after 2pm:confused: So may like you said they are confused I'm lol :thumbsup: or just trying to get more cash out of me and not adding the match .

    Funny as you quoted me in a message that no one every complaint about it lol

    I have checked the terms nothing about deposited being made after 2pm uk time to claim a depositing bonuses. Hopefully this will not arise again in the further .I'm grateful for your reply's and thanks for adding it after my complaint .Still there should be better response from live chat and not replying to someone else's chat when they are talking to someone else .Of course this cant be helped at times .But it gets confusing I expect for the chat handles when they talking to many people at ones . Maybe better staff training in the further .
