Charlie Chance in Hell to Pay

Another cheap, run-of-the-mill slot coming from the PnG production line.

Couldn't find anything on it that excited me and was happy to get over the 3 hrs test run, never to load the game ever again. :D

BTW, I will start stating the lower RTP as the standard value as the majority of casinos have taken it up. The full 96.xx% has become a rare sighting.

Rizk have taken this at the 94.xx% setting - bad times indeed.

AFAIK this is the first PnG game they've taken at anything less than the full 96.xx setting.

It just seems to be this one for now, other PnG games are still at 96.xx at Rizk, for now at least....

It's shit like this that has me playing so much at 3Dice, at least you don't have to check they haven't mucked about with the game RTP from one session to the next.....

(Currently getting close to the WHALE achievement again this month, which is 75,000 spins in a calendar month for a ÂŁ250 bonus with 1xWR.)

I've emailed Rizk's customer support to ask them about this. Maybe it's an error on their part (hope springs eternal) or they are indeed another casino that's dropping RTPs.

This answer seems to have very little relevance to the questions I actually asked.... And this was after my email was initially answered with 'We have forwarded this to the relevant department'.

What's the thingy you do to ask for a rep's input?

So here's Rizk's answer:

And here's what I asked....

I've been giving the 94% PnG slots at ladbrokes/coral a dabble to see how they fare, and from my experience playing them before at 96% they are like chalk and cheese, the 2% seems to make a massive difference, hardly any base game and much more difficult to bonus.

I know it's only a small sample but before I found the games to be quite kind to play on lowish stakes, not now.

I don't think it will be a successful business move for casinos to switch to 94% slots.

Not much input here other that @ChopleyIOM - this is why I avoid any sort of support or live "help" like the plague and have done for years, IMO in most cases they may as well not even be there!

I struggle (prior to my premeditated "live help social distancing") to recall ONE visit which actually solved my problem or helped, at ANY casino!

I can't even be bothered to pursue it any further with them. There's such a disconnect between the words in my questions and their 'reply' that to bridge the gulf is an effort I'm not prepared to make.

though Harry has tagged him, for reference, just start with the @ sign and begin typing the relevant rep's name - it will generally auto pop-up, click and voila :)

That cannot be true since I remember one CM promotion that we had to go to chat and tell the agent a Christmas related joke. They would then award free spins, the funnier the joke the more free spins we got.

Rep said they couldn't stop laughing for 10 min at the office :D

For me personally its 99.99% true.
....

I also avoid chat. But some of them have good moments.
In most cases (although it takes time and effort) I will learn something new.

For example, from the answer from Rizk we learn that casinos hide the fact that there are low RTP versions of the same games. Maybe even from their own staff.

Guess we'll agree to disagree on this one.

Among my top ten hates/phobias are snakes, flying and live chat sessions :p

They always seem to bring out the 'are you a problem gambler?' line when you ask a tricky question they don't want to answer

I've been having difficulty with accessing ladbrokes and corals, midway through playing the game crashed and couldn't get back in, something about a cloudflare issue  and providing me with isp numbers and computer jargon :eek2:

It's resolved itself somehow but I was definitely starting to worry I might have to contact live chat or the customer disservice team :p

Coral has been doing that a lot last few weeks.

Place a bet on football then click in play and sometimes hitting that cloudflare message.

Bloody annoying lol. Actually thought it was something to do with my PC but obviously not if others are affected.

Agree, played for a short while, not really a far chance but loved the look not the play.

Please dont start calling it standard. It makes it sound acceptable. Its not standard compared to the majority of providers offering 96 and up. Its also mid range. There is lower and higher.

Please label it as 'tosh' or 'crap'.

In fact, please just stop reviewing PnG Harry, I dont play them anymore, thanks :)

Gave it a go at paradise since they are one of the only that still runs high rtp on every game. Even glitnor made the change overnight without telling anyone at luckycasino and gambola. Not a very bad game. Just bad. Made 280$ with a 40$ deposit though. Lucky me?
