    Please be cautious to whom and how you donate. This time of year, charities and the fakes are running full steam. Phone scams very often sound like a legitimate charity, when it's really some jerk just wanting your info and card #. If you want to donate to a charity for the holidays, go look up the list here at Casinomeister, or go to the specific charity website and do it from there.

    Good reputable charities will have some sort of report available as to how much of the money they take in is actually spent in charitable work. Many spend more on CEOs and mailers/flyers/advertising than toward what they are collecting money for. Do your research.

    If you are UK based then you can use the services of the You must register/login in order to see the link. (CAF) to make your donations to charity. They will perform all of the checks for you and ensure that your donations go only to accredited charities.
