Changing slot after a big win

We've all been in the position of hitting it big on a slot whether that be after 150 crap spins or right from the get go.

The gambler mentality in most of us thinks "this could be just the start and the slot is heating up" - but inevitably the amount we won is gone and the slot goes cold which seems to happen an awful lot.

Now -- what is a sufficient amount do people think warrants a "big win" in the first instance? 30x bet, 50x, a 100+ times bet? The type of game obviously comes into play - if you hit 50x on Playboy most of us would keep playing, but if you hit 50x on Halloweenies you would say thank you very much and get the hell out of there.

I play mainly the med/high variance MG slots especially on mobile platform. So if I hit 60x bet on Centre Court I would keep playing as I don't think that is a "big win", and 9/10 slot turns to ice.

So what do you consider to be a big win and do you keep playing the same slot after your big win?

100x or better I feel like ive had a "good" win. 500x or bigger and I feel like ive had a huge win that comes along rarely and will take a screenshot :D

Usually I spin a few more times on the slot but then I will change to another of my favourites, satisfied I got what I came for from the slot that just paid.

So my next question is when you do get the occasional 50x win - roughly how often will the slot go cold? -- from my experience with MG slots is that no matter which slot you are playing 9/10 the slot goes cold and your winnings are gone in under 100 spins. I'm talking many sessions at different casinos so for me not a rare occurrence -- you would think I'd learn hehe.

Depends on the game. If i hit over 100-500 times my bet on twinspin i change game.

But if i hit the same on dead or alive i continue playing. And sometimes i even continue playing after winning huge and it will hit again with a huge prize. As i was playing dead or alive i got the 5 wilds on a line won about 2000 times my bet and then 10 bonus rounds later i get it again for 3000 times my bet. You never know. When it seams "hot" it usually pays of to continue playing.

I woulds say if the game is lower variance its more likley to take back the money you won. But most high variance games can pay several times after each other

I never change after a big win immediately, i usually make 10-30 spins more and see how it goes.... If it doesn't get hot again i'll change. But i had to many retriggers or big wins after big wins, that i just walk away from a slot after a big payout.
