Changes to Vegas Partner Lounge

Why would they not pay your full winnings? Even if you are not VIP status. The post that was posted on the other thread never indicated he wasn't getting paid. VPL has NEVER held winnings or not paid. Congrats.

I did check the Terms and conditions once again with the welcome bonus and there is only a stipulation with a no deposit bonus and free spin bonus maximum but of course that is fair enough.
So no sign of that fear of the other max i was worried about.
Also their deposit and withdraw facility is not complete yet and only allows me to deposit 3 methods and withdraw with 2 and none are visa or skrill that i need.

Can you do a bank transfer/wire? That will show up typically in your bank account after processed, in 24 hours. Thats what I have always used. They also Fedex too.

I am afraid to say Bebo nothing has changed since this morning when i spoke to chat.
They have added neteller as a deposit method so that makes 4 but still only 2 withdraw methods show up,Paysafe which i did not know you could do and Trustly or something like that.
They told me about 18 hours or so ago to be patient and i would hear within 48hrs.
Must admit i appreciate there are obviously teething problems but i would hope this would be a priority especially as i had an account with them before the change.

I know they have people working 24 hours. Have patience like support said. A lot of people have been with them a long time. I know easier said then done. But you will get your money, that I know. :) Everyone is a priority right now.

Terence called me asking if I received the e-mail that was sent out. I had told him no, he then proceeded to tell me about the changes. Also Golden Riviera and Casino Mate will be the same come July 31st. I think their marketing dept might have screwed up, because I never did get an e-mail. :confused:

I was informed about the changes to Casino Mate - and they also moved that to a different affiliate system.
But not a peep about Crazy Vegas... :(

Not very becoming for an Accredited casino that has been listed here since they launched. I would have expected them to have made an announcement here - or to have at least chimed in with this thread.

Just checked VPL's account: signed up in 2004, last post was in 2015, and last login was in February 2017. :what:

Making them dormant and removing VPL from the accredited section.

One of the requirements of being accredited is to maintain an active presence in the forum. Handing over this responsibility to a bunch of lackadaisical marketing guys damages the value and meaning of being an Accredited Casino. I don't care if you have been listed on the site for over a decade, we have no golden calves here. This just aggravates me to the tenth degree.

Sorry, but unless you are a full time employee of the casino with direct access to player account information that's a no go. You can tell Terrance that his casinos are being delisted and placed into the Grey Zone. Of course I'll be letting his bosses know via email by COB.

I just talked to Terence and explained what was going on. They are having a crazy time right now, no pun intended, but he said he would get one of the managers to get ahold of you right away. I hope they do.

ive recieved emails from these for the past month saying there changing platform etc new bonuses as well
logged in today to give them a try again but wanted to make sure al was ok
was about to deposit but asked live chat to check my email adress in case i self excluded in the past
i was then told by cs that i cant play as im in ireland
why all the emails
and why if i wanted to could i deposit
 
My advice to everyone right now, is to hold off on depositing for a couple of weeks. Casino Mate and Golden Riviera are being re-launched today with all new providers. Essentially they are brand new casinos, and there will be some problems. I don't know what else I can say. They are a good casino, but again they are starting 3 " new " casinos with in a week of each other. Was it a wise decision? I can't say, but I do believe it was too hasty between each other. Anyone waiting to get paid, will get paid. Just allow a couple of days, not including weekends, as they don't pay on weekends.

Would be good to see if multi - providers encourages multi - licences, I hear Go Wild have done or doing so.

yeah I went and checked it out and its pretty awful selection.

They dont even have jurassic park of terminator 2 anymore.

They need to add yggdrasil and thunderkick plus the rest of the MG games they for some reason dumped.

Probably the worst changes Ive seen from a casino
 
The caveat is that without MGS downloadable software, you miss out on the wide assortment of video poker (57 games!!). Yeah, I know, I know, most everyone here is a slot addict, but it's shortsighted to toss the VP players to the wind. Netent's VP sucks, Playtech's VP sucks, most every software provider VP sucks. Downloadable Microgaming is awesome.

Spoke to chat and they even added the bonus for me manually as the codes would not work.
Not once did they mention i could not play being an Irish player.
I landed a lucky wild line on DOA and after WR tried to withdraw.Had hassles withdrawing but eventually withdrew on Friday.
My withdraw is for 650 euro and is still pending.I accept there maybe delays if they are under pressure but if they threaten not to pay me as Irish players are not accepted then thankfully i have kept all my e-mails.
Maybe you were told incorrectly by CS because every time i spoke to them of late nobody seems to know whats going on.
I am promised my withdrawal will be done tomorrow but my faith with this crowd is non existant.
 
I made a withdrawal from Crazy Vegas early Thursday morning last week. At that time Neteller was not available to deposit or withdraw (i.e. my usual dep. method). Tried to solve this with CS, but didn't really get anywhere, they just told me that I can add a deposit method from the cashier...

Since Neteller was not available, I used bank transfer to withdraw. It still showed as pending on Friday evening, so I emailed their banking address. They replied about 20 hrs later apologising for the delay and informed me that the withdrawal had been paid. So the withdrawal was in my bank account in less than 60 hrs after making the withdrawal. Not the fastest, but still acceptable. And still received the withdrawal on a weekend.

Not the smoothest transition for sure. But we've seen worse (CL Aspire move).

I still trust VPL enough to make deposits. Like bebo said, it might be wise to wait until things normalise before putting money in. Their site is not finished and still shows errors.

I do hope the Irish players in this thread don't get screwed. They should be fine though as the general T&C state:

4.2 For various legal or commercial reasons, we do not permit accounts to be opened or used by customers resident in certain jurisdictions [...] Ireland (sports betting prohibited), [...]

yes mate your correct cs gave me wrong info so im closing my account there dont feel comfortable when cs havent a clue what there on about and i found her quite rude

Had the same problem buddy.Spoke to several CS lads and lassies and though they have not been unpleasant none really seem to know what is going on.
I have also e-mailed their banking team to see what is happening with my payment.
Never ever experienced this shocking bad service before and for a team that has been going for years it really is a shambles.
 
Pretty poor form to let their accounts go dormant in the forum - and not a peep of an email. :rolleyes:
 
Update on my withdrawal.
Still shows pending.Withdrew friday lunch time and still not looked at.
Sent an e-mail this morning to their banking team,as of yet no reply.
Just spoke to chat,waited over 15 mins for the same reply,its still waiting approval.I could see that for myself and when asked why so long as they state 24hrs was then told they were very busy.

Apologies for the inconvenience. The communication was sent to our entire database. Possibly could have went to your junk box or not received at all but I will investigate as to why the communication was not received by you. We actually sent numerous email communications regarding the changes to the new platforms.

We are most certainly entering the UK market and this will happen very soon however I can not commit to an exact date but we will communicate to everyone once we finalize.
