Hi All,

Thanks for all the issues raised, most of them have been tackled by our Casino Rep.

Regarding the affiliate communication, we did announce those changes in several communications( newsletter of July, VPL brands update mailer, Crazy Vegas mailer) and we also posted a message in the form of a pop up on our affiliate website that everyone could see on login.

For those who haven't received any of the above, we can gladly verify and update your email address in our lists to make sure you don't miss out on any future communications.

Going forward we will also be posting copies of our Press Releases, news, articles as well as monthly newsletter.

Do not hesitate to contact or private message us for any further discussions.

regards,

Star Partner Team

Yeah but you have let two forum accounts become dormant, to include VPL's account which a number of people were PMing questions, complaints, etc. Over the past several months, I have PM'd all casino reps about certain topics from casino reps only - several entitled "Must Read". Most everyone else was logging in to read these but you guys. This shows to me a bit of indifference on what is going on at Casinomeister. As far as I know, you are not reading the announcements, the conference reviews, the newsletters, watching the videos, or anything else here for that matter. You should be keeping abreast on what is going on here - that's a big part of being an accredited casino at Casinomeister. I should not have to explain this. It is not all about marketing, which seems to be your focal point at the moment..

All accredited casinos are required to have an active rep. You should know this, it's all right here:

We are most certainly entering the UK market and this will happen very soon however I can not commit to an exact date but we will communicate to everyone once we finalize.

Nice to meet you Stanton! I knew you guys would come through! :D

I have to add though how important it is to listen to Bryan ( Casinomeister) You have to stay on top of things on a daily basis, post out here, answer e-mails. Stay consistent. There is SO much traffic that goes through here on a daily basis, that if you guys get discredited, it could make or break you as a casino. And I'd hate to see that happen :)

I never thought I would say this, but I'm not impressed with the new casino.

1) Game prices are set too high
2) Loss of your loyalty points
3) Loss of good bonuses
4) Too many errors.
And Stanton, I just noticed you opened your account in June but didnt post until now, and havent since. And why is there 2 affiliates commenting?

Live chat told me there will be a 4hr pending period for withdrawals, that is good.

I wish that were true. I requested my withdrawal just after midnight Friday and it's been Pending since yesterday. In the download casino (Maple Casino), I would've already been paid when I woke up this morning. When I contacted Live Chat yesterday I was told it stays Pending for 72 business hours. Wonder which it actually is?

yeah I went and checked it out and its pretty awful selection.

They dont even have jurassic park of terminator 2 anymore.

They need to add yggdrasil and thunderkick plus the rest of the MG games they for some reason dumped.

Probably the worst changes Ive seen from a casino
Yep. I agree

They have actually gone to complete shit! Their loyalty points are gone, any bonus you get now has wagering of 40x's attached, and if you forfeit your bonus, you lose ALL your money! It doesn't matter if your VIP or not. No incentives. In a nutshell there is jack shit for the player! Chat is always disconnecting so you can't go on chat, no one answers the phones at night, and e-mails from 2 days ago are not answered! Its corporate BS now. Its really sad because I like my VIP host and the staff there, but they are just as much victims of this.:mad::mad::mad:

I believe the VPL casino group is under the wing of casino rewards. But not in a legit way. Microgaming continues to offer their wares to illegal jurisdictions in a limited and tainted fashion. How else do you explain what was once River Nile casino assimilated into Golden Riveria casino and then into Villento casino a rewards brand. And depending where and how you download a rewards casino you may very well have a PUP "RiverNilecasino" malware installed on your computer, not to mention an older version of microgaming software, with an RNG that is beyond what the Wizard would call realm of possibilities. I don't know what is really going on, but in the digital age its all there in 0 and 1 at least on my laptop. I would like to hear if anyone knows more.

It will not be the same, it all depends what your IP address is. Now Crazy Vegas went to a flash-based multiplatform under the MGA. But in Europe many countries are excluded. The laws are changing everyday. You only have to look at rewards casinos to see all the variations on offer just in Europe for the same casino, and I'm not talking about currency or language. Most noticeably is the affiliate ID tag attached to the link -we have changed to a new platform, it is not shown above, but I do have it. So somebody here for sure has a clue what is up. If you look up their mobile casino, it will be as normal with the Malta gaming Authority.

You have piqued my interest. I think casino rewards is greasy as hell. I will ask the rep. :)

I would avoid the Rep and just let Bryan weigh in. Because he will know what I'm talking about being German based (Interstate Treaty). In fact it's better if this is not on a public forum for the companies and payment processors involved. What Rep in their right mind is going to openly admit the company and software they represent is in violation of many European country laws, and bring onto themselves huge penalties and shutting down of payment processors.

I sent Bryan a message.

The question I was asked was if Casino Rewards and the Crazy Vegas group fall under the same owners. As far as I know, no they are not - they are two separate owners. Now when a casino group decides not to accept a certain jurisdiction, sometimes they will redirect that traffic to an affiliate account that they won - like in this situation.

This actually violates the accredited standards for affiliate marketing: redirecting traffic without the affiliate's consent and/or knowledge, or giving credit. We had this happen before when some of these casinos were redirecting their US traffic to some non-accredited RTG casinos. That was not cool.
