I was away when this promo was announced, and I'm not a member, but I would like to thank you for the fun I've had reading all the jokes.

I am sure your staff enjoyed it too. CS works hard and have to deal with a lot of people, not all of whom are happy, so having a laugh or groan was probably a change of pace for them.
