    This casino never paid couple of thousands I won in Roulette back in 2012.

    I played without any bonus and they claimed I played a system, needless to say that I played no system at all

    I pitched a bitch and followed the pitch a bitch but couldnt get a resolution.

    Anyway, this casino is the only casino in the world of online gaming that never paid me.

    When I saw it here being considered to be accredited I was very surprised.

    Max, maybe now they pay me my winnings they owe, the pitch a bitch was submitted september 2012

    I have 1 account on my system for a Chan111 and it is from Berlin, so I assume it is the same person. I sent Chan111 a PM earlier asking to confirm their login.

    All I see on my system for Chan111 is a deposit of €400 using Neteller on 10 October 2012 and a withdrawal for €400 on 24 October 2012. I have requested archive data from Rival, but for now I can't seem to find anything related to you not been paid. I also see no history on your account relating to a win of any sort, however it may be archived data, so will wait for Rival.

    If you or Max have any information that I could use, please PM me so I may investigate your claim.

    Hypothetically speaking, even if someone played a roulette system. That is not a good reason for non-payment as there is no roulette system that works.

    This is likely the old 'fine if you lose your deposit, if you win you'll get it back and no winnings' BS. Perhaps that explains why the deposit and withdrawal you have on record are the same? Sorry to sound cynical but that seems a likely explanation here (taking chan at face value.) Seldom do players deposit, play and then withdraw EXACTLY what they deposited.

    Hi Dunover,

    I agree that that seems to a probable theory / answer as too what happened, however on my end, there are no withdrawals or cancelled withdrawals, hence me asking Rival for archived history. Added to this, I would assume (hope) that if there was a PAB, Max would be able to dig it up and let us know the outcome.

    If there was a problem, there is no record of it, so I believe this was resolved via email and not via the Rival ticketing system which keeps a record of all correspondence exchanged via the support email addresses. Duwayne also has no correspondence related to this and the OP has not replied to PMs or emails today.

    I never had or have multiple accounts at Tropica this is a total lie and a new lie.

    Their claim was not multiple accounts and I am bringing now the proof although long time elapsed, I will gather the information and show the casino and public that lying to me and not pay is not going to help or resolve anything even if long time elapse.

    Here is their claim as they were shown back then by the casino.

    It is not the first lie from their side, they also claimed other false claims.

    The fact they claim many claims and not only one, and the fact they brought now this multiple account thing, just shows how liers they are

    WHEN THEY SAY MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS THEY MEAN I HAVE MORE ACCOUNTS IN RIVAL - THIS IS TRUE but it is not that I have multiple accounts.

    I never use VPN and back then I didnt even know what it is only after they mentioned it I checked.

    I didnt use betting system to play

    I complied with their documents request

    They asked for notarized documents which I sent and they also ask my photo holding ID which I sent

    Other words - lies and lies and non payment

    This is why I was so surprised and angry when I saw they want to be accredited here

    As per the PMs exchanged: I took over the group in Jan 2103. I don't have access to your records which is why I am unable to assist you. I advised you to liaise with Max regarding your PAB to see what evidence was presented by the casino managers at the time. If you breached any of the terms back then, then I am afraid that is not something "we" should be rectifying now.

    I don't understand why you choose to keep posting here when we have exchanged PMs.

    I didnt breach any of the terms, and the fact you are the manager now and not back then is not relevant.

    The casino didnt show any proof and max also know that.

    The reason it is in public is because I already tried for 2 years to solve the issue without going public.

    Now it is this website who offer to put you under the reputable accredited casino list. so people should know and you also know your real face.

    I didnt breach any of the terms, it is the casino that acted in aggressive move stealing my winnings.

    If I can have the records in my email you must also have the records and sorry in such case not having the records and the excuses of previous manager decision not me is not acceptable

    They didnt show proof of system because there was no system play, can you show the logfile of my game play here so people will see there was no system used, it was couple of bets won and cashout .

    I do have more accounts in the rival network so what, it is not against any term.

    The documents - well they were approved and if you dont trust your own email call the notary office, I can send again the details and the documents

    In other words - you are far from being accredited, you are no pay casino

    As soon as you pay players and pay me I have no problem you be accredited in all website in the world.

    Right now you continue with the excuses in order not to pay and be accredited at the same time and this wont work

    You pay players on time you be accredited, you dont pay you wont be accredited and as I said although I had to suffer all the complaints and lies and wait 2 years if I am being paid I am happy and take my words back

    I can honestly say that there has been no contact from you recorded on our system related to this (or any other matter) since I took over. This is the first time I am aware of you and this situation.

    As soon as I have the information from Rival and from Max, we will know exactly what happened and why you were denied your winnings. That said, I know the previous owners well and I doubt they would have held back your payment just for the sake of it.

    I have contacted Max and hopefully he will be able to say what evidence was provided during the PAB process.

    well I`m always a little sceptic when someone comes into the forums and cries about not getting paid, especially when the issue is more than two years old.

    If you breached one term then you can`t expect to get paid. As far as I see in one of your posts you breached seven terms.

    That`s a lot. In my experience a rogue casino don`t make the effort to search for seven reasons not to pay you.
    They just don`t pay you:D

    Did you PAB in 2012? Or did you try to PAB and Max declined?

    And of course, if a casino is under a new management it is not granted that the old datas are completely transferred.

    Dieter stated that you are in touch with him via PM.

    I`m sure that he will deal with your issue in a fair way.

    I understand you are the new manager since 2013 but how can you say you cant understand how they decide not to pay just because they want to save 3800 for the casino.

    They say in their own words - suspicious game play - I played without a bonus - when somebody win in roulette without bonus and casino blame him of using system , isnt it the casino want to save themselves the 3800, isnt it clear to you that this is the case when the casino blame you of doing so.

    Imagine you sit and play no system just play 5 minutes a roulette game bet high win and go home and the casino manager comes and tell you dude hold on, we dont pay you because you used system

    Would you also say, well I dont beieve this manager would not pay me without a solid reason

    Gargamel - I didnt breach 7 terms, you will be surprised , I didnt breach even 1 term.

    They mentioned 7 reasons of their decision not to pay, it is not a term.

    They said you played system in roulette - even if it was a term - I didnt use any system the logfile can show it in a second, and max will confirm they didnt show any proof to any of their claim including the syste bullshit.

    Now look at the other terms, - these are not terms - rival network there is no such term you cant have more casinos in the network.

    What else - suspicisous gameplay come on Gargamel, do you consider it a term , what is suspicious game play, I will show you the log if I could, I bet coupe of roulette bets no system after depositing 400 and cashed out 3800, big deal what is so suspicious and it is not a term.

    Ips - everytime I login to the internet I get a different ip, so I used different ip, it is a joke or what, is it also a term gargamel


    Other words, it is clear as the sky in August that this casino wanted and did save himself 3800 EUR of my money.

    I need to state that those are not my words nor my team's. I fail to understand why you keep choosing to post here when we have already discussed what needs to be done, both in public and in private.

    Your continued posting leads me to believe that you are deliberately trying to attack to our reputation (despite this been a legacy issue and my best efforts to cooperate with you). Your continued hostility here and on PM means that I have to ask that you resolve this with Max, as I don't believe we will make any progress.

    I am so sorry this happened to you and that you did not get to have a good experience back then. I hope you get the answers you need from Max to help put this matter behind you.
