Central coin problem?

    Today I went to deposit by central coin, my usual route, and
    I was locked out of my account. I contacted them, and they said my bank declined the last two transactions, saying customer said not approved. I NEVER told my bank that.
    I asked if it could be from the US law, he said no, and said it was me, and basicly called me a liar. I dont understand. He told me I had to phone a number and pay the amount and the returned fees. My bank never showed this transaction trying to go through, are they just trying to rack up returned fees on me? I mean this is two small deposits of 20 each. Very small.
    I dont get what is going on here. I know my bank has stopped other ewallets , but they just wouldnt let me deposit in the first place or recieve money and they always showed on record, and they did not say customer did not approve transaction. So I am stumped, and mad, because this is the only way I can deposit. Any ideas on what is happening here?
