Over the past several months we've had a couple complaints against Celtic Casino (celticcasino.com) involving non-payment. In the worst case the player was owed £15,000+, received a few small payments and then nothing: the casino simply stopped paying and wouldn't respond. Our attempts to raise these issues were flatly ignored.
