Tips CDS - RTG gaming complaint system closed or ??

PETRO@ are you blind ?...have you clicked the link...your a joke...lol
I'm as sure as I can be about it. If it is closed for you it could be because of our location difference.
From my end CDS seems fully functional.

I think what the OP is referring to is that the site may appear to be functioning - in fact it is not: all the links are for other websites that give advice for resolving disputes. None are for the casinos that run off of the RTG platform.

And at the top:
centraldisputesystem.com expired on 11/02/2014 and is pending renewal or deletion.

Someone needs to put a boot in someone's ass over this.

I'm getting just a placeholder Network Solutions page too. Weird that they would let that happen.

EDIT: Petro is right too. I went through an Australian Proxy and the site loads like normal. How odd. Why would that be???

Seems like you are reading something different to me on the CDS page here:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

The only link I can see leads to the complaint form and I can't see the part at the top you mentioned.

I suspect that the CDS webpage might look differently depending upon which country you are accessing it though.

This reminds me of something that happened years ago. I had to get help from other people to make a complaint through the CDS about a casino.
Because the casino did not appear in the drop down box for me but it did appear for people from a different country. It seems the webpage has been this way since its inception.

This is what I see when going to CDS from Canada

And this is what I get if I go through an Australian or UK OR USA Proxy

From what I see on the CDS webpage (which works properly for me here in California USA) KYC you might be the LOL joke :D. For some reason, CDS is not available to Bulgarians to complain. Is gambling legal in Bulgaria? Do you use a VPN to access gambling sites?

Just a weird situation indeed.

Can confirm from the UK works fine, same as chayton's proxy UK IP. Same page, same link which opens the dispute pdf form up. Maybe only viewable to certain jurisdictions?

Seems odd though that it shows the domain being expired from certain jurisdictions though - when you visit from the UK does the domain redirect to a .uk address? Or is it still .com?

working fine for me, sort of

The link seems to be working fine for me, except all the casinos that show are outdated or defunct. I do not see any of the current RTG casinos on the list of casinos. Very odd. Someone needs to contact them and see what's up with this.

It's always been like that - the only casinos you can choose from their site are casinos that are closed. If you have an issue with a current RTG casino, you have to go to the casino website and click the CDS link on their footer. It takes you to the CDS form, and it populates the form with the correct casino ID# number and information. :)

....unless you're from Canada, Germany or Bulgaria at least. :p

Problem fixed

Hi All,

I spoke to RTG and seems as there was some domain problem.

All should be working now as expected I tested it myself and you should be able to see the proper CDS main site.

If any of you will still experience any problems please let me know.

Kind Regards,
Karolina

That was surely a weird domain problem. It shows up cancelled in some countries, and in others it's not. But I'm glad to see that they're up and running and fervently solving casino issues. :D

Yep, working correctly for me as well - thanks to the OP for pointing it out. And thanks to Karolina for contacting CDS.

 Fervently. Not a word normally spoken in relation to CDS. Was that sarcasm Bryan? :eek2:

I though the domains was registered slightly different from each contry

Now that the wonderful CDS site is up and running - can someone share a success story he or she had with them? Based on what I heard, they would just forward the complaint back to the casino and that's all. What further strengthens the suspicion is that they still accept complaints about the rogues (

) and have never delisted anyone.

I have read about players who complained about a reputable RTG casino (Aladdin's Gold if I am not mistaken) directly to CDS without trying to resolve it with the casino support, and yes, the issue was resolved soon. I have also read of someone who complained to CDS about a not so reputable casino, waited for 3 months, did not hear back, and then submitted a PAB here at CM. The issue was resolved quickly and then miraculously the player got an email from CDS, asking if he was satisfied now and whether he liked their service.

But how about someone trying hard to resolve it with the casino support or elsewhere to no avail and then filing a CDS dispute and having gotten his money soon after?

Anyone?

I've been here awhile and can't remember any player finding a solution from CDS. Usually CDS takes many months to acknowledge receiving the complaint and more months to present a ruling - always in the casino's favor. I've always thought of CDS as a joke.

dispute resolution

seems like nobody is quite sure on the status of the CDS is there another way to resolve issues with a casino regarding payouts, or is there even a governing body controlling correct practices?

I seem to recall a few instances where CDS ruled in the player's favour, but the casino failed to pay and no sanctions happened

While they can rule in a player's favour, they cannot force a casino to pay.

Toothless and gutless.
