caution of mapua bingo

mapua recently changed there bingo software.They never told the players,they just closed the would think they would transfer your acct. but they did not mine.before they switched software i had cashouts totaling around 3,800.00.they have not paid me ,nor have they answered any of my emails.There support team is the worst with like i said no be careful to make a deposit with this bingo cause you just might not get paid,hate to see this happen to any one else. good luck.
