Casumos new Reel Race Online! Whole of December

Hello guys =) one of our producers have a little message for you guys:

Hi everyone

I’m Mark, member of the product team at Casumo. I wanted to tell you a little bit about our xmas campaign and a new game mechanic called ‘Reel Races’ that I thought you might be interested in.

Concept in short: all through December, a large number of fast paced, non game specific casino tournaments will run every 30 minutes with a duration of 20 or 50 min. Players are collecting points by winning, and in addition to that, there will be something called “boosters”. The Boosters can be activated in three different ways: by winning three times in a row, by collecting a total of three Big Wins or by getting a Mega Win. This feature, along with the freedom to choose your own slot, allows players to think of strategies on what games to play to maximise specific boosters.

We feel that this new feature is kind of a game changer as players can always feel they have a chance of winning if they are lucky enough. We are really eager to see what strategies players will devise to try and keep to the top! The plan is to continue developing the concept even further together with our players expertise, so any feedback (the good the bad and the ugly) is very much appreciated. I have made several deposits @ Casumo lately and 'opted In' to these races a couple of times.

Playing an average of 0.40p bets my position never changes in the race nor do I accumulate anything so I have given up now.

Was I doing something wrong??

Well its hard for me to tell but I´m certain that is you try again and just open up a chat with one of our ambassadors they would be able to look at your account and see how it looks

Apologies but I tend to try and avoid live chats unless they are important situations, I find them frustrating and seem to spend more time waiting for replies than actually getting anywhere!

*This is in reference to chats in general not particularly aimed at Casumo where I do enjoy my sessions.

An educated guess (which maybe you can confirm) is that certain games do 'not count' maybe?

I play Raging Rhino in the main?

Hello Tobias. I attempted to deposit at Casumo a couple of days ago. My only real deposit option was Visa but it appears that Visa is now blocking these transactions for Canadians. Bank wire has too many fees associated. We cannot use Neteller or Skrill here in Canada. Is there any thought of having Ecopayz as a deposit option in the near future?

Im not plugged in to the discussion we are having for new payments providers but I´ll absolutely send the guys and girls working with this a request for Ecopayz! Regarding Visa blocking the deposits, did you have a talk with our ambassadors about this? They have a direct line to our payments guys and usually they are up to speed allt things payments

I understand, support within iGaming can sometimes be a drag but but I´m a old support here at Casumo myself and I can guarantee you grade-A service

Some games are excluded but they are clearly marked "under the game" and Raging Rhino is not one of the excluded games. I looked and Raging Rhino have given points but it could have been a refresh issue on your page?

If you wanna try again talk to the ambassadors and mention me and lets see if we can find you something special as a early christmas gift
