    With you on this one. Not just Casumo but those bloody 'information boards' are so annoying.

    Do I give a fuck if someone just won big in Starburst??

    Some one just used 10FS 'Yummy'...... WTF!

    Exactly but this is even more in your face and distracting.

    Turns out it starts harassing you nearer the start of the next race.

    CASUMO - I DON'T CARE!

    Once my funds are gone i'm not going back until they sort it out.

    Will PM the rep as per the rules but frankly, they shouldn't need to be told how utterly unacceptable this is.

    I quite like to read those when the slot i am playing is not giving me any entertainment.

    But they should be configured as Videoslots has done it where you can hide them any time and open them up again if you feel like.

    That way there are not intrusive to players.

    Think that works for a bit but then comes again.

    Had a DM from Casumo who say they'll look at it. No promises but they'll see if anything can be done.

    That's all I ask for. So am satisfied.

    After I posted that last night (rhino screenie) I changed game a few times.

    Each time the 'i' button was there and got rid of the countdown for the time I was playing that game.

    So looks like they might have sorted it already?? 'Finger's X'ed ' :p

    Have Casumo fixed their "spoiler"-feature for the WMS-games yet? Where the "big win" alert sometimes pops up in the sidebar before the game is finnished? Reported it to their rep ages ago, but he never gave me a proper answer.

    I think so as well Harry_BKK, the magic of slots is that anything can happen, most people play to experience that feeling and unfortunately you don´t always win. But it is nice to see others like yourself doing it, knowing that the chance is real and hoping you end up on the list yourself. But I also do understand people that find it distracting or annoying, it is not for everyone. That is also why we let the players change some content themselves by giving a few options for this window =)


    Good question spoton;, but it should all be solved now, no more spoilers! =) Please let me know if you experience anything else!


    I got to go look for my keys of imagination now, or else I´ll never manage to start my unicorn.

    Whilst you are helpfully answering questions, would you be able to let me know when you can finally migrate Euro accounts to Pound sterling accounts? It is one of the reasons I don't play very often at your casino.

    I really wish I could give you an exact date for it. Our tech and payment teams is trying to tackle the issue along side the other things that constantly pop up.
    The plan is that it will be automatically converted as soon as they have found a solution on how to do it.
    Hopefully we get it soon since I know it is quite a few UK players who is really looking forward to getting it exchanged :)
