They have had some technically difficulties the last couple of days, so the notifications and valuables are delayed. But it will be there, it just takes a bit more time than normal.

Once have the same. But i find solution for myself. I need to use a link in email with valuable - when i am going with this link - valuable appears.

Yep, same for me. Can log in ok but valuables are "empty" and no deposits are accepted, even from cards which I know are good.
Never mind!

I got my valuables now - couple of hours delay between email and them arriving.

i had a problem with valuables just now, made a deposit like an hour ago n got 80 fs which i played n it just gave me another 80.

Didnt play them though till i informed live support n jonathan was kind enough to just let me play them instead of removing them

Nope, still not working for me. Shame really because I normally avoid bonuses like the plague, but this one on offer right now from Casumo (80 free spins on a certain slot for a 50 Euro deposit) is really pretty good. Never mind - maybe some other day!

They've always used that system, but remember that you can make withdrawals at ANY time! And on a 20% bonus, only 16,67% of your total amount including potential winnings (20 / 120 * 100 = 16.67 %) is tied down to the wager, the rest can be withdrawn at any time. So it's a okay bonus.

Have they not had this from they opened up casino lol? i think so. They split your bonus and cash balance 50/50 so when you wager it splits it up. So if deposit €100 then only €20 is bonus locked and so on. So the higher you get the more will also be available to withdraw as any cash balance is not locked.

There has been a couple of hiccups past week and it’s the machinery thing that are handing out your valuables that has been acting up. Instead of adding them right away like it should, it has been a delay varying between about five minutes up to a couple of hours at some points. That may have rendered your inventories a bit empty after having logged in.

Obviously not the dreamiest of situations and we're really sorry about this. Though, we do have the advantage of having the whole Casumo team working close together so we have been able to sort out the situation fairly quickly when it has happened. Top priority now is to make sure we don’t find ourselves in the same situation again in the future so that you can count on having your bonuses ready right away.

As for the wagering requirement, JaCkPoT__ explained it well already I think. Another neat thing as well is that the real cash part of your bet also contribute towards the wagering.
