Sorry for being a little late - but this is actually a very crucial question.
To give you a little heads-up here and for your website.
You can order the bonus-quality like follows (beginning with the best):
1) Casumos bonus-system, as Tobias explained you should just increase your intended bet-size by the bonus%. If you get a 30% bonus and you would normally play with €1, just play with €1,30 and nothing will change if you decide to withdraw before meeting WR + you have the freedom to play through the bonus to make it cashable
2) Cash can always be withdrawn before meeting WR if you never played with bonus-funds. Playing with cash and bonus will count towards WR. If you withdraw before meeting WR the bonus will be deducted from your total balance
3) likewise, but only playing with bonus funds will count towards WR
4) standard-bonus: Your total balance is bound as long as you haven't met the WR
5) sticky-bonus (or phantom): bonus can never we withdrawn and will be deducted after WR are met
As a rule of thumb: The more liberties you have with withdrawals the better.
