casumo withdrawls

They are holding up my payment as well 228.388,19euro (ish) in DKK 1.700.000. i transfere the money 13/02/2022. then the SOW came and i got full veriyfied 17/02/2022. everyday i reach out to them, and the answar is the same, "they are reviewing your withdrawal request and it will be paid out to you very soon." (and if you say "I got the same answar last time" they get irritable).

That obviously is never a problem.

However i strongly believe, just like playing in most south european online casino's, you cant deposit before your fully verified. And i think that should be the future model for all casino's.

Players are never “fully verified”. If you comply with their due diligence request (which they are obliged to ask at certain intervals) and the casino is happy they don't need anything more for now, you are “verified for now”. They may need more in the future.

If they “fully verified” all players up front, and never asked a question again, that would be a free for all for criminals (not anyone here of course) who want to launder their funds.

I doubt it. I never could use payment A for deposits and use payment B for withdrawls. It has always bin Payment A > Payment A.

Maybe if they did their jobs properly they wouldn't get the fines, we see it all to often, they have no worries taking deposit after deposit, its now time that online casinos should not allow you to deposit until they've had the docs.
I'm not on about sow just the general stuff.

You make a very good point and one which I completely agree with 100%. In fact it makes perfect sense for the UKGC to enforce all of their licensees to ensure all documents of customers are in order, before allowing them to make a deposit.
