Aye. I often do small withdrawals - usually deposit a tenner but if the games don’t appear to be playing particularly well, I’ll withdraw a small profit and take that elsewhere.

So I’m not hugely fussed about the withdrawal itself, rather the frustratingly long time to verify a pay slip.

They could make some standard reply, 6 days 8 hours and 23,5 minutes. Then wouldn't be hurry in checking these docs and players would get accurate answers (just have to make sure not to complete these any faster)

Pretty clever there - you can continue to deposit and play but not withdraw (so what's the point) - accounts not verified within the timer will be suspended. Not closed, because if they closed your account they would have to return your money.

They were told to no longer target UK with offers etc, accept sign ups but AFAIK no welcome offers.

This was a testing phase prior to the potential total pullout Col mentioned earlier.

Pretty moot though if they were gonna SOW me and keep my money i won with them

Shame, as they are one of my luckier casinos (one of only a handful i'm up on) - i started shocking at Casumo, think i was 7k down in the first year and then hit a real purple patch (including winning 2 of the 2k reel races in a month) of 3-4 months that swung the other way (Bonanza funnily enough did it)

Seems to me this lot are either in some form of financial trouble or they are gearing up to pull out of the UK market.

since UKGC change bonus for uk market first the deposit money than in then end bonus,they dont send bonus any more they use to send 2x deposit bonus they stop now,only free spins when you get to new level

I was suprised with this email,they just make their own rules,they dont care about UKGC they made withdraw lock,and god know who many players are dealing with this only in UK every fourm is talking about Casumo

I originally joined when they only offered € as account currency and as daft as this sounds, it was like playing with a "free" bonus with no wagering when I deposited in GBP and started with a bit extra lol.

they seemed to start going downhill when the super spins where taken away from big depositors, I asked them why and was told the players wanted this... yeah right...

done the sow no issues, but now if I won it would be a nightmare I imagine especially with the work and Covid situation, it’s sadly just not worth the risk incase you get that once in a lifetime hit or run then to be held hostage for your own winnings.

also the fact the rep has done a lord lucan doesn’t fill me with confidence I’m afraid either.

Yeah, if you just read some of the stories you're hearing, didn't know it was 'Casumo', you'd go 'dodgy, must be a clip joint'. Pretty much sums up where they are now IMO.

Yeah I had my second biggest win ever there, £4800 on Bonanaza then got a few other hits and withdrew £6k about 4 hours after making a £30 deposit!
Was in my account in under 24 hours.

Wouldn't dare play there now, imagine them holding a big win, and I don't care what they say, they have absolutely no right to. Have read on other forums that if you refuse point blank to supply the documents they then proceed to submit a SAR that can cause your bank account to be frozen for days/weeks while it's looked into. If (and I do mean if as I don't know for sure) thats true, then its pretty disgusting. If they suspect something is dodgy, a SAR should be submitted. Not supplying documents cannot make the evidence stronger, as obviously they only have the same as they did before you said no. Therefore the only reason to do that would be to screw you about.

Bryan's back in the next day or so, hopefully he takes a look at the massive number of complaints Casumo are generating at the moment, and how the rep is non responsive.
No other casino are generating anywhere near this many complaints, and no other casino is being as heavy handed with document requests as these are.
As for holding withdrawals but allowing deposits, well thats just predatory.

Just looked on trustpilot. The reviews are in the main appalling and the majority of the latest ones are all about them withholding withdrawals. Interestingly they have also stopped replying to comments on trustpilot as they used to do. Something funny going on there - so many casino's out there to choose from, Casumo definitely looks like one to avoid
