This problem only happened one time and only on this game? Can you tell me what browser you are using? I know is annoying when somebody tell you, but did you maybe try to clear cache, cookies?

Need this info for our tech guys here.

I use Google Chrome. I refreshed and had not long cleared cache etc. It only happened one time because it was my one and only time of trying the races.
Before and after I had no issue with either navigating about or playing spins on other games.

There should not be as far as I know, did you remember to opt in? You will have to do that before the race starts.

Yeah, foolish me, I guess I missed that because I opened the slot just seconds before the race and missed to opt-in.
The race is pretty cool so I was a little gutted it didn't work.
