Hello Alex. I just tried again. I have not had any error messages to screenshot. This time round it took 5 minutes from entering the site to opening up a game. It then took ages for me to take a spin with the little credit I had left from previous. I will try some other time. Thanks for your enquiry though,its appreciated

Unless i already wanted to play a game in question, im not very likely to go and wager $120 on a game i didnt really want to play, just to have a shot at a few free spins with huge wagering reqs.

Yeah. Ideally if I get free spins with a large WR I would prefer to win a modest amount on the free spins in order to reduce the play through. My successful FS withdrawals have all came from winning a very modest amount then hitting a few big wins on play through. Except from the dodgy sites that have no intention of seeing you withdraw.

I once won £3 on some free spins with 35x wagering, I turned that into £1k

I once won £120 on 5 free spins minimum bet, with 35x wagering, I bust in around.. 10 minutes...

Just to shed some light on this, our standard wagering is x30, not x35.

For Reel Races the standard T&C rules are applied: FS winnings wagering x30 and cash prize is wagering free.

yeah sorry about that. doesnt make a world of difference to me though, because if i win a tenner with FS from either promo or whatever, im not very likely to wager either 300 or 350

Seriously guys, and this is not aimed to casumo only but to casinos in general - you have to understand how (most) people play slots in hope to win big. And that hope is there every time we click on spin button. By giving us free spins with 30x wagering (might as well be 35 or 45, it doesnt matter really) you actually make us root for a smaller win and we have to hope we dont actually get that big hit... and thats just wrong

I know casinos have to protect themselves, and im ok with free spins (as in, really free spins, ones casinos give away for you know, free) having wagering attached to it. But a promo like this isnt exactly giving away for free, because people have to play games they usually wouldnt play at all and you have to do a bit too many spins for my tastes too.

But for a promo like this, i dont think you should have your usual free spins wagering attached to its rewards. If you cant make it wager free, at least having a bit lower wagering than usual would make it much more inviting and maybe even something id like to join from time to time.

You guys have to understand how there are other casinos out there too, and while you do have your own little awesome things (levels and belts, and umm planets ) there are casinos that have no wagering even on their random free spins they toss around from time to time, while you have a competition where people have to wager $100 just to get a chance to win a few spins with 30x wagering. And i for one know where im more likely to deposit :/

OK good news, your feedback was really productive and starting from today we have expanding our prize pool and added some cool stuff as well

1. All the evening events now have prizes for the top 25 players since those have the most players participating
2. We added more cash prizes events in the evening.
3. We added more Open tournaments to players can play the games they love and participate in the Reel Race
4. We also added a few more game specific games to add more variety.

Thanks for listening to our feedback Casumo Only 5 places getting any rewards (as in free spins rewards) was really too low especially during rush hours.

Those are all amazing changes really, now if we only could figure out how to make those free spins winnings a bit more rewarding though (maybe make them carry a bit lower wagering compared to usual free spins wagering? lets say 20x would already feel miles better, and more of a reward.

but by far best move out of those was letting us play whatever game we want, and in that case i dont really mind higher wagering on free spins, but i still wont be join specific games races just because of an off chance to win a few free spins with 30x wagering though

For the first time last night I attempted to take part in a race. Gonzo simply froze so I abandoned it in the end. I would never have finished even 10 spins in the time allotted.
Edit. It was after midnight when I attempted to play so my timing wasn't a factor.

While I am at it. I have wagered about £1000 in the level I am on and still a way to go before its completed. Even then there is no guarantee to gain a thing for completing levels. I can't see the point?

This problem only happened one time and only on this game? Can you tell me what browser you are using? I know is annoying when somebody tell you, but did you maybe try to clear cache, cookies?
