Haha fkkn IRONIC. I play for 1,5 year 120 000 euro till they got stressed about SOW. Accepting loan , and tax papers from a non worker and thanks. Here you have 1000 euro to play.

And non of you can get your winnings and police investigations.
you might want to remove the attachment considering it has personal details included on the loan agreement

I locked a withdrawal on casumo fine on Friday, and it was processed shortly after.
I seriously hope you are not a troll or someone sent by Casumo to do this but... If you say you could "Lock" your withdrawal, please take a screenshot of it and show.

They themselves said that Locking is not possible because they are doing something with their system or etc. So please DO NOT come in and tell us that all of us are wrong.

Prove it to us that all of us are WRONG!

Maybe they are a sleeper agent though. Shuffling in the shadows until they receive a call to do the casinos bidding?

We'll overlook the fact that Casumo weren't even a mere glint in someones eye though then.
enploying pyschics and seers now; those sneaky bastiches

I've tried to lock it the entire time the fiesco happened. I contacted their Live Support more than 20 times during which it took to get the withdrawal. Each time trying to ask them to lock the withdrawal. Mind you, ALL OF THEM said that they are unable to lock withdrawals right now because they are doing something to their system or something along those lines.

I doubt that they would have done in within days but they all confess that nobody is able to LOCK their Withdrawals until it is processed.

Are you some sort of VIP with Casumo or something? They will only process your Withdrawal Fast if you had something tagged on your account saying that you are a VIP or that they should process it quickly. Other than that, if you are a normal player then your wait of 1-3 days is totally normal.

I'm at the top level but not VIP (well, never had email to say so and never get anything, so probably no :p )

Lock buttons still there above the cancel button so not sure why some of yous can't...

Had one this morning that i didn't lock - was processed in 90mins

I guess you really are a VIP. Both the OP and myself are both mere normal players which could not do so no matter if we beg, plead or whatever else we do. That's why even he was trying to ask how you could do so. I'm sure he has already talked to Live Support as well to try locking but to no avail.

They don't give a flyiing fak about your SOW. It's only a tool they use to delay withdrawals and make people reverse and lose it back. It's always the same story. Same with KYC and everything else of that kind. No need to spend all day asking questions, it's just that.

Would be helpful if you know the regulations of Online Gambling before you talk like there's nothing at all.

Please stop with this childish behavior before you get yourself thrown out.

They actually are obligated to do these checks for other reasons as well, not only to postpone your withdrawal request to be completed. You probably are not interested to go through all their commitments so here is one very short version from MGA (which applies you if you are from Canada like can be assumed from your profile).
Very short and simple guideline for ongoing monitoring of players and what you are obligated to do as casino operator. If casinos could choose, they wouldn't give fuck of your SOW as it's hell a lot of work but unfortunately they have to follow many rules. This was most simple and very short content about ongoing monitoring by MGA with some pictures as well so not much to read even, made very simple and basic what you have to know and what steps to follow with all your players. Casinos would be really happy not to have these at all, do you honestly think that they make more money than they lose in salaries of compliance departments and also lost customers who are not willing to provide requested documentation? Few inpatient players might reverse their withdrawals but that don't really generate such an income which would cover you all work and money attached to these monitoring and due diligence processes.
