Do you guys starting to see a pattern? :xxx:
Trust pilot is not something to go by since really anyone can post there. If you want a more accurate rating - the Meister Minions can rate casinos here at Casinomeister. My rating (the CM rating) is based on a mathematical formula. Then we have the MM rating - this is based on the whim of a Meister Minion. I will take a looksee at what our minions are rating Casumo now. :D

The mathematical formula is applied after testing out?

For example if a casino is marked on withdrawal times and the casino says 24 hours . Do we just believe they are telling truth or would the formula only be applied after its proven it is indeed 24 hours.

Not trying to be awkward at all just genuinely interested.

I used to get emails from casinos like casumo saying if I posted a good review on trust pilot they would give me 50 free spins on book of dead.

Is this thread still relevant or should I open a specific one as I have a legitimate question that can probably be answered.

Why since the ban on credit cards in the UK has Casumo moved to a deposit limit (per deposit method I believe) rather than a loss limit?

So I've got a casumo imposed £2000 deposit limit on my debit card which I hit yesterday yet my loss limit is still well below £500 because of the way I play. I tend to deposit, play and withdraw when satisfied with my play time (up, down or break even). Now I can't depot for the rest of the month but am inside my spending limit for losses.

I have in the past simply deposited £1000 to do my own bonus hunt and withdrew at the end, with the new rules I could only do this twice in a month.

It seems a bad move on Casumo's part. Now imagine I deposit £2000 in one go, hit big and withdraw £10k. They now can't claw any of that money back till the next month.

Or is it a ploy to encourage customers keep money in their account cos they are unable to deposit again that month and might get the urge to play? I heard somewhere it can cost up to £7 for the casino to process a withdrawal.

Hi there. I can not answer for the casino but have you tried talking with live customer service about this issue? It may well just be that they deal with such matters on an indivudual basis?

(Sorry not been around for a while)
But is it true that Casumo have removed all UK players from promotions/free spins etc.? not seen any in a while and heard that was the case.

I have just been hit with SOW after I tried to withdrawal but the same story. Don't worry I can still deposit and play but can't cash out. How can it take more than a couple of hours to check documents ? Is this really ethical ? You say its anti money laundering but you will still keep letting me deposit. So it's okay for the money to be in your bank account ?

I hope your bank statements are 100% "clean" with no history the past 6 months of receiving money other than your salaray.
Casumo will do whatever they can for you to deposit more when the SoW is ongoing. It is a business decision. That way they'll make even more money from you when your SoW progresses and they need ID and statements from 3. parties. More money for them to confiscate or you to tilt off.
To me they even sent a personal deposit bonus while my SoW was ongoing.

I have multiple bank accounts and cards to stop stuff like that happening. I normally just use Neteller but Casumo forced me to withdraw to my bank account hence the SOW

Still not safe, m8. If they see an transfer between your accounts on the statements, they will ask for account history from the account sending as well. Same with Neteller and f.ex money received from a friend. They will try to follow the money as far as they can.

That is why we call it the 'impossible SoW', because Casumo can very easy make you not pass it as they find up the rules as they go.

Came on this thread to ask exactly that.

I noticed something funky has happened with the Rizk races also but assumed this was to do with the changeover in ownership.

@CasumoLouis Are promotions/free spins currently removed for your UK players?

can't find the "withdrawal lock" option at my transaction page anymore... just the "withdraw cancel" button still there !!

is it no more possible at casumo to lock withdrawals or if i need glasses to find this option anywhere else?

Unless the sow from hell rears it’s ugly head.

The withdraw lock is still there. Go in the account History, find your withdrawal request and click on it. The withdrawal lock is greyed out, but can still be clicked and then you confirm it. The bright orange tab in comparison is to cancel the withdrawal!
