Casumo live ! :)

Is this due to 'new' licensees needing to be verified or something before they are allowed the larger progressive jackpot games? Just curious here :p

I think that casinos who want to offer these games must be at a certain size (turnover) before they can start adding larger progressive jackpots

The website is really nice - good luck with the venture :)

Apart from quite a few Spelling/Grammar mistakes. I have added the question mark and highlighted the incorrect 'r'.-

i see on their T&C that they use 72H to prosess a withdraw :( so if you do it today they would do it on tuesday. i was about to give a shot but not anymore...

Thanks Osloking...

YOU pointing this out has been the difference between me deciding whether to sign up or not.

I absolutely do not agree with people who promote casinos that take 72Hours to PROCESS a WD. There's simply no excuse.

It should be said that their rules do not say that it will take 72 hours before withdrawals are processed. It says that it can take up to 72 hours.

I have asked Casumo and they told me that they do not want to promise something that they can not keep, that is why they are writing in their rules that it can take up to 72 hours.

They also said that most withdrawals will be processed much faster than this.

There are many casinos that have similar "protect your own ass"-rules, so let us wait and get some feedback from players first as it is not like they have an obligatory 72 hours pending time or something :)

Whilst i see your point Rainmaker, there is still no excuse to take up to 72 Hours to pay out.

I do not know what the terms say at Nordicbet or Redbet but IF larger operations and newer ones (Maxino) can pay in minutes, I really do not see the need for there to be a 3 day cushion for any payment by another operator.

The thing is, once T&C's like this are accepted, then you have no complaint when a Casino starts to drag its feet and leave your WD hanging for up to 72Hours.

I'm not saying this is the Case with Casumo, but it leaves them absolutely open to stalling WD's.

I agree that we should see what players say, but their experiences could be 1 in a 1000 that we hear of.

Its one thing to try NEW places out - I'm all for that. Heck I'll even scream ALL over the forum if they are great. Slow paying and pending periods is something I absolutely hate so the term, even if not always the case does not sit well with me.

Maybe a rep can come on here one day and I may just have more confidence.

BTW - Who owns this Casino?

Yes, I agree with you of course. I personally would not play at a casino that used 72 hours to process withdrawals as a standard. As you know, most NetEnt casinos do pay out very quickly, so I will be very disappointed if this is not the case with Casumo.

I have sent a heads up to their rep. Hopefully he can clarify this as cash out time is important.

My cashout is via a return to Visa Debit Card, so I'll be posting my experiance with that method...

We could do with someone posting about their experiance with a Moneybookers/Neteller widthdrawal/instant bank cashout to get the whole picture

i think its a mistake to play on new casinos as slots are empty so nothing much to win..

My widthdrawal process so far:

00.06 04/10/12
Requested widthdrawal via return to debit card

14.59 04/10/12
After speaking to Daniel on chat I decided to sent though my ID doc's just so they don't have to ask for them

17.51 04/10/12
Got this email

Hi,

Verification for withdrawals to card isn't working at the moment. We're really sorry about this, but hope to solve it really soon. I have cancelled your withdrawal and you money is in your Casumo account again.

You can choose to withdraw to InstantBank, Neteller or Moneybookers. These methods should work just fine right now as well :)

Hope this hasn't caused you any trouble and don't hesitate to contact us if you wonder anything.

Cheers, Casumo

It did cause a problem as whilst waiting for the pending widthdrawal I played some of the free spins/cash that was awarded to me so I couldn't widthdraw due to wagering requirements that was remaining from them.

Just so you know, if you make a withdrawal now, your bonus money will disappear. You have €346.4 in wagering requirements left before you can withdraw your bonus money.

I spoke to Peter via their live chat who was quite helpful and understood what my problem was, he wasn't able to deal with the issue but he did inform me that it would be sorted by sending an email.

Going to try the Moneybookers option now so will keep you all informed

Cheers for the update Mawey.. but this is already starting to look a bit wrong? ( better word needed but I won't use the word dodgy just yet.. )

And...

Why even offer the option to withdraw to your debit card when they currently cannot even process it?

Well.. I hope you get your chunk of cash soon mate.

I'm not going to get to concerned untill the quoted 72 hours are over (hopefully it won't come to that) but the email that I sent last night hasn't been replied to yet, daniel from live chat said he would gee them up.

I've also noticed that (Moneybookers/neteller) has been removed from widthdrawal choices, so the only options remaining are the debit card (which is broken) or instant bank

Nice looking casino

Deposited a $100 and lost very fast, but all in all not a bad looking place

Will be very interested in the withdrawl process

Good Luck

Withdraws and ...

Hi Guys

Sorry for not being so active in the forum so far. We launched the site this Wednesday afternoon so the first days have been really intensive.
I hope you like the site and the adventure, we have many things in our heads for making this casino to the best in the world!

I understand you are a bit worried about the time regarding withdrawals. 3 days is NOT what it will take, that is the maximum time it can take.
Our finance department are going trough withdrawals daily. To be honest we have been a bit understaffed the first week but next week we will hire a new ambassadeur to serv all of you guys with the best service you can get.

From now on i will visit this forum atleast once a day so feel free to ask questions!

May the luck be with you!

Despite the teething problems I got paid in full this afternoon to my money bookers account.

Althought there were some issues, which you could put down to opening night gremlins, they kept me upto date via email and live chat and was I paid in around 60 hours.

Widthdrew on 04/10/12 - 00:06am

In MoneyBooker on 06/10/12 - 12:30pm

Overall quite happy with the service and will play there again, I do like the awards you can earn for playing the games and the free spins / cash freebies they unlock.

Gonna take the plunge and deposit on Monday - as I said before, I'm a sucker for achievements etc, I'm an avid PC gamer, and have a TON of games on Steam, 90% of which have achievements :p

Welcome Oscar,

Opening a NEW website is never free from teething problems. Its not good to hear that you have not prepared adequately in terms of staffing - Especially since you are new and a wave of new registrations ARE expected.

Want to be the BEST? - FAST ... Well LIGHTNING fast withdrawals, Super Support (That Reply on time), No mumbo Jumbo in your Terms and conditions and YOU being active here is what counts most.

I wish you success and hope that your brand will feature amongst the Elite here.

Nate

I'm sure every casino wants to be the best casino in the world - but doing it is no where near as easy as saying it!
Many before you have tried and failed miserably - many even closing down just a few months after opening. :(

I wish you the very best of success of course, but advise you to take small steps and don't try to run before you can walk... I wouldn't like to see you fall flat on your face!

Yeah....25 x bonus + deposit is a bit too much on a 50% welcome bonus. Although it looks like all players are eligible for their 20 spins on Jack Hammer, so that is good. I personally (like you) do not care so much about welcome bonuses as I believe there are other things one should value more. But I can understand that many players appreciate a nice welcome bonus.

I see they do not charge any fee when depositing by using a credit card. That is great as I think most NetEnt casinos do. That reward system as you mentioned with trophies and valuables seems exciting. Original!

I must say that my first impression of this site is very good. Will be interesting to follow the progress and hear feedback from more players.

Well...

I've just done a sweep of the website, terms etc.. I am yet to register as I'm not really impressed at all with their welcome bonus, or some of their T's and C's, and tbh, I don't think I will register now I've had a good look around. I absolutely love the look/design of the site itself - Great job. But for me, a UK player, there is much better options available.. Which is a shame as a change is always nice, and as stated already, the design is really nicely done.

Now, it seems that between the time they opend their doors a couple of weeks ago, and today, that their Welcome Bonus has already changed - It was pretty crappy and now is even worse. You no longer get 20 free spins on Jack Hammer, that has now been changed to 5. Nice...

Also, some of their terms are, IMO, a bit icky.. What do people make of this?

5.7. If you win EURO €100,000 or more and decide to withdraw a major part of the winning (over 50%), we have the right to divide the pay-out into ten instalments, paid with 10 per cent every month for 10 months until the full amount is paid out. You will not get any interest on outstanding amounts.

IMO, payouts should always be paid in full if requested by the player - Isn't this one of the rules that needs to be adhered to to get Accreditation?

And this below just confuses me. Of course I understand what they mean, but why? Why makes things more difficult than they need to be. Bonus terms should be simple, not complicated.

6.12. During game play, bonus money are used in relation to the real money you have on your account and winnings are divided evenly according to the relation between real money and bonus money in the bet. For example, if you have 100 Euro real money and 50 Euro bonus money in your account, a bet of 30 Euro will contain 20 Euro real money and 10 Euro bonus money and any winnings are divided into the same ratio.

I gave up reading the terms after 6.12, so there may be more terms there that need closer inspection.

Just my feedback.

.

Yes Zepher, you have some good points there. They should clarify some of the rules.

Another thing is that I think they used to give out those free spins on Jack Hammer 2, but now it looks like they have changed it to Jack Hammer (the original game). If this is the case then they have probably done it because one spin on Jack Hammer is worth €0.25 while one spin on Jack Hammer 2 is worth €0.50

So it used to be 20 free spins on Jack Hammer 2 worth €10. Now it is 5 free spins on Jack Hammer worth €1.25

Thanks rainy.. Yeah I realised the above about the difference in slots just after posting, but didn't edit my post. Makes the offer even worse than I realised at first.. €10 of free spins as a welcome gesture was decent enough, but then backtracking after just 2 weeks and then offering just 1/8th of that..? Bit shabby IMO.
