Yes I will defo second that, there are a lot of good CS out there but I'd put yours in the top 3 easily, which given the amount of live chats I've had in my time is a much bigger compliment that you may realise lol.

Its good that a bit of banter can be had and I felt like I was talking to someone in the same room as me rather than a robot or a 'cut n paste specialist' rofl.
