Casumo - Don't pay me

    I make the last day's a few deposits at Casumo, some win and some losses.
    The latest i won €5000, ask for payout and never recieved.
    After i loggin in to my account i see that they closed my account, in the livechat they only told me that in the future they send me information, when i ask about my money they send a standard reply.
    I don't use a bonus or have more accounts...

    Please help me, it is a lot of money...

    Dear Geert,

    I understand that your temporary account closure is very inconvenient.
    However we uncovered some worrying circumstances that must be investigated before we can proceed with any further cash outs from your Casumo account.
    Consequently your account will be closed for the time being.

    As you are fully aware of we have processed cash outs of some €36000 from your account already so accusing Casumo of withholding winnings is not a just statement.
    Unfortunately we rely on a third party to conduct the before mention investigation but we hope to have this settled no later than Monday 14th March.

    Once the investigation is ready and clears your Casumo account of any wrong doing your Casumo account will be re opened and your future cash outs will be paid promptly as always.

    We'll get back to you as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience.

    That seems a fair explanation, and in a timely manner, £36k in withdrawls over a short period will raise the same kind of e-mail from most casino's unless your well known to them.
