I'm surprised you feel how he worded his post is ok!? He was rude and assumed I was complaining about my loses for the day. Then tells me he surprised I worked at a casino. You don't find that insulting and rude??! We've obviously been brought up differently. Attacks and assumptions are not necessary and being a women with a very strong character, I will react to his rude post. This is not a forum to demean people who post their concerns and mine being SUPPORT and how they deal with players and their accounts. If you feel his behavior was just and sweet then I hope you not married as I wouldn't want to know how you speak to your partner.
Let's get real here, my post is not here to get rude comments and demeaning comments. It's here to raise concern about how online casinos have agents that don't treat players properly and end chats cause they feel like it...!!! We all adults let's respect people's posts and experiences instead of it leading to this rubbish! Let's act like decent people instead of farm animals who feel they have a say because they've been here on this forum a bit longer than others.

Maybe you should try to calm down and listen to others thoughts instead. Don't assume that others are rude because they don't agree with you.

Secondly...mr know it all...it's strange how you assume my complaint is just about my €35 loss ONLY!! Did you maybe sit back and consider and think a little about this post, you know nothing of!! For my casino account to be on a level 84 - didn't just take €35 euro to get there!!!! So, before commenting so rudely on a post...without knowing the entire story from the time I opened my account and merely concluding your own concocted assumptions, it's best not to add your two cents!!!! It makes you look stupid.

My personal experience with Casumo and the support ? very good. Fast to react - polite - sorted my issues out in no time. And when I ask for my deposit limited to be lowered - which I do often it takes them around 15 seconds no questions asked.

I will be playing at Casumo again in the coming weeks. A solid outfit well deserving of their accredited status here :cool:

Your passive aggressive attitude stinks! You can complain and make arguments against each and every casino and you might actually have a point to make here. CasinoTwitchers post was by now means condescending or demeaning but rather his personal view of the casino in question. If you disagree with him try doing it with facts and in a objective and decent way rather than going nuts. There are usually some well reasoned reservations towards newer members since many complaints from new kids on the block turn out to be bogus. I hope you understand that and calm down a bit. I'm convinced you and Casumo's rep will find some common ground.

You're obviously a very emotional player and losses affect you too much. You really should take a break from gambling instead of being angry at people who really don't deserve it. Go and enjoy the summer and when you're ready to behave like an adult then continue gambling if you feel like it.

It's going to be winter in South Africa soon. But the weather will still be nice down there ;)

I am going to dive flip in here, I will first say I have nothing against casumo infact they still get an odd deposit of me but as a small roller I did often deposit, Loyalty was far from good, I agree that the more you play the less rewards you will get, Yes you get the odd level up 5 spins at 10 cents but it just does not cut the mustard, I said this a few times recently in a few threads, You get a couple of super spins for level up on Sunday.
Customer service I spoke to a few times and always been top class, But I rarely speak to CS any place as most do not no there feet from there arss, But thats another story,

I will cut this one short here but to some it up, From my experience:
Customer service 10/10
Bonus / Loyalty 3 / 10
actual site 10/10

Bonus system gets a 50 / 50 split here, Yes you can with draw at any time but only part of your overall balance, Other than the poor loyalty I have no complaints, Always been paid with out delay,

Oh people have to remember you can't start threads and asked to be closed / deleted, Very rare this happens so always be prepared for what comes after, Been there done it :)
 
Every time I speak to customer support at any casino they're always very polite because I am very polite as well.

In most cases if you treat people with respect you get respect back. I can just imagine how frustrating of a job the CS has to put up with all kinds of sorts all day long.
 
I am absolutely disgusted with the live chat I just experienced with Jack at Casumo Casino. I'm currently over LEVEL 80 at the casino and the more I level up the less I get. PLUS, for weeks now and numerous deposits later I'm experiencing the worst game play ever!!!!! As a player I'm entitled to speak to live chat and explain how I'm feeling..!!!! They always take it as a personal attack instead of sorting it out and making you feel better. Instead they rude and make you feel that you should only contact them for happy talk!!!! If it's complaining, I should be grateful and shut up or they will close the chat and account. What kind of support is this!!!!! May I add I was a VIP HOST for Fortune Lounge...support is key and retaining players is priority.!!!! Since when is it ok to not care and if I'd like to close my account they happy to do it. FIGHT...for player that spend money. Competition is tough and support is there to assist and help!!!!! I'm disgusted and have added screenshots of the chat today. This behavior has accused before.....!!!!
NOTE: Support (Jake) gives me no time to reply, he closes the chat straight away blaming it on no reply on my end!!!!!

I understand you are angry at them and I know that it can be awful when you lose a looott of money. It is hard, it always is in this kind of situantions, but sometimes you have to understand that CS is just normal people and sometimes even they do not know what to tell you that it would calm you down. They have their good and bad days (at least try to understand them), but in the one hand if they would try to calm you down that would make you even more angry and if they are like "ok, now I do not know even what to say to that poor man" you are angry at them. Trust me, I know - i was cutomer support, not in the casino haha, but I was doing that job and I know how hard it can be and I understan you and them. P.s. unfortunately I could not read your chat with CS since letters are so small and I can't see very well anyway.

To be honest, I have never played with Casumo simply because thier page is designed not so good, not to sound to mean, I personaly love to play with Bonuses and they did not have the tab where I could see their offer of Bonuses (I really hope you understand me). Now the only thing I could see was that Welcome Bonus and unfortunately for them that was one big minus for me and also when I their pending time I was socked, decided not to play and never come back since I know I can find numerous better casinos.

After reading this, I have a difficult time believing that you were a VIP host at FL - unless of course you were fired for being a jerk.

I don't get it. You should know, like anybody else who has any experience with online gambling, that the casino has NOTHING TO DO with the results of your game play. That is the software which is separate from the casino. So if you are whining because you are losing, the last person to complaint to is the casino support. Take your complaint to NetEnt, MGS, or whatever game provider supplies your favorite games.

And to initiate a thread here because you're not getting enough freebies stinks of being manipulate, bitchy, and in essence you are exploiting the forum.

The complaints section is for valid complaints - complaints that we take seriously and chase down. We have a zero tolerance policy for posting bullshit complaints - which in my opinion this is. I have to take time out about to read several pages of you moaning that you aren't getting free spins or whatever, and that just pisses me off.

Abuse the complaints section once more and see what happens.

I reported two problems to a lady in the chat, and when I described one of those, she didn't understand what I was describing, and she just went on saying "OK", rather than asking me to elaborate. The other problem i reported, she promised me a feedback on, which I never got. This is neither a one off, people giving promises they have no intention of holding seems to be the norm at this site.

Even though this thread is about Casumo, I wanted to say that customer loyalty management/proper segmentation seems to be a MASSIVE issue with many of the top casinos. This is concerning from both player and affiliate perspective.

I lost small 5 figures between Thrills, Kaboo and Superlenny (same group behind here) a few months ago, which should put me on the radar as a pretty decent whale I'd imagine. Not only did I not get anyone contacting me, but all I got was generic weekly reloads of 25% up to 50 euros or something of the kind. Sometimes they sent me 10 no deposit free spins for 10 cents each with no wager requirements, wiii.

It's not that I care about getting a nice VIP status and cashback, but this is extremely important for me as an affiliate. Now I see why countless massive affiliates I work with on a daily basis much prefer to send traffic to ProgressPlay whitelabels or Spin Palace instead of an awesome looking casino with 1,000+ games and cashouts within an hour. It looks like what they think of as retention is sending out an e-mail blast to the whole database.

For the love of God, all of these awesome casinos, hire a person that has gambled for decent stakes knows that part of the business inside out, and is rational enough to make the numbers work for you. The things I'm talking about are so basic that it's laughable really. Sending 10c spin offers to both $10 depositors and those who bet that $10 per spin is just silly. All you do is annoy the players you want and make sure they never return to your casino again. Most people able to bet that kind of money are used to getting the finer things in terms of service and hate nothing more than offers that are simply offensive.


MODS: This is probably borderline appropriate being in this thread, so maybe we need to start a new thread about the issue as a whole.
