Bonus Complaint 'Cassava' Group Stole My £2,000 Winnings

Please see the Casinomeister Warning -- SpinWin Casino: no pay, CS on auto-responder -- which means they are a candidate for the Rogue Pit.

They've since indicated that they want to clean things up and make a fresh start but I don't know the latest on that. Bryan was scheduled to talk to them a week or so ago and ... not sure what happened after that. Not much by the sound of it.

This topic is about me. I've contacted them as well but I never heard anything again from them. My advice is to stay away as far as possible from this casino group!

I agree with the spam from 888. In all the years of gambling online they are the worst spammers and nowadays I wouldnt trust them in the slightest.

They are the worst culprits for FB gambling spam with the "1 free spin a day promo" (which they dont bother to mention until later you have to then deposit and wager your free spin win and deposit before cashing out).

I even keep getting daily junk mail off them. Everyday for the past 2 weeks I have clicked "unsubscribe" but they keep sending the junk

As their market cap declined, so did their ethics. Spam is least of it...

IMO the entire 888 group is rogue.. and they have been listed on my site as Blacklisted for over three years.

Of course, this is Bryan's site and he makes the decisions here about who resides on his Rogue List.

nervous

After reading this I am nervous about getting my money. I had an account at 888.com, I havent playing there for a long time. Don´t even know if I used their welcome bonus..

O well, I got a email from Reef Club Casino wich I didnt had an account at. But I allready had an username and all my bankdetails where there the first time i signed in.
I first used their welcome bonus, then a couple of days later I deposit money to get 88 free spins.

After wagering the money from the spins i could cashout over 4000 dollars.

To get these free spins I just deposit 10 dollars.

So.. Should I be nervous?!

Sorry for my english , and sorry if im posting this wrong?

AFAIK as long you haven't claimed a signup bonus within the group previously you should be cool. Rachel is the rep here who can help you if needed.

Your English is excellent, better than many native speakers in fact

Heads up - Rachel is on vacation at the moment so she won't be monitoring the forum this and next week.

Thanks

Ok Thanks.

It shouldnt be a problem. I dont think I used 888.com welcome bonus at the casino before so.. But eventhough, this is my biggest win ever, so I cant really calm down :eek2:

At least this is NOT one of the many white labels, so you SHOULD get paid if you have been honest.

You were clearly VERY lucky off those free spins in order to work it up to 4K. best withdraw once you confirm (in writing) from their CS that you are allowed to do so.

They may ask for the usual documents, and once verified, your payment should be forwarded to you. By the time the rep comes back, you will have your money, and no problem.

Try to avoid the white labels, and keep an eye out for spam for other Cassava white labels that seems to start all of a sudden after giving your details to 888.com. The ONLY cross marketing you SHOULD receive is for Reef Club or 888.com, and since you have accounts at both, you would not be eligible (and they shouldn't be sending it under these circumstances, but they seem to).

ONE account at 888.com and ONE at Reef Club is OK. The problem starts because the white labels only allow ONE account across ALL of them, but they are VERY secretive about being connected to each other, which is how they entrap players into breaking this rule.
