Hi, im new on this forum.
But i registered because horrible behaviour of the Cassava Enterprises.
I deposited money to every bingo from Cassava Enterprises min. 20 FUNT.
Happily in every casino i win some money. I recived withdrawal from Treasure Bingo.
When im trying to upload my verification documents to other casinos. I recive a message:

Wih regards to your account, this has been reviewed and considered all factors involved and the decision to permanently discontinue your membership still stands.

As a polite reminder please refrain from opening further accounts with any gaming site operated by any entity within the 888 Group (specifically including Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Ltd and 888 UK Limited). Such accounts will be closed as soon as they are detected and the relevant operator may, at its sole discretion, withhold all deposited and related monies in relation to such accounts.

I deposit using my neteller and withdraw back to my neteller account
I recived withdraw only from TREASURE BINGO
I dont breach any of Terms and Conditions of bingo rooms.

Can you help me please?
I have there a lot of money.
 
Welcometo the forum :) and sorry to hear you have such a bad experience.

888 (Cassava) is notorious in denying payments if you have too many accounts with them, not sure about the exact term but it could cause problems.

In your case some more details would be helpful, how much did you deposit? Did you take any bonuses? Are they giving any more details of why they discontinue your membership?

If you signed up on all of these sites in a short timeframe it looks a bit like you chase them for their bonuses, maybe thats what they dont like.

If they refuse to return plain cash deposits of yours, this wouldnt be acceptable.

So please tell us of what your balances at the various sites consist, only cash you deposited or mixed with bonus?
 
In every account of i have mixed money deposited and bonus.
But i don't remember where i win money without take bonuses, but maybe in 3 or 4 of his bingo.
I deposited mayby more that 150 F. They don't give me any details why they banned my account.
Yes i signed up on all of these sites in a short timefram, but in terms there are no mention about that.
To withdraw i have more that because its data from 11 november and after that day i win some money:

Ok, so as iam not used to play bingo i assume once you take a bonus you have to fulfill certain wagering requirements and caanot withdraw right away. So are all your balances withdrawable or still locked and wagering needs to be done?

Can you explain why you opened up so many accounts in such short timeframe? Seems youre not the recreational bingo player ;)

For me it looks like they detected that you opened many accounts with the only purpose of taking advantage of their bonuses, for them this should be the case and exactly because of this reason they discontinued your membership. I assume theres no chance to make them reopen your accounts, but you can send them an email and ask for your deposits to be returned. But from my experience and what you wrote i would kiss the balance goodbye, as you already read cassava is very known for this practise, they trap customers in joining many of their sites (they run many many platforms) and then punish you once you want to withdarw quoting you have multiple accounts with us. This is bad, but seems to be their way of doing business. Lucky me they paid me once i hit 500€ on an ndb bonus on casinoonnet some years ago. since then i never touched any cassava site again.
 
No this amount is withdrawable money. This money is on pending withdrawal.
I opened this account because bonus. I don't know that i can't do it. I recive a email from this bingos with this promotion and they temptate me:)
You think that they don't withdraw to me even my deposited money?
 
Ok i see, that´s exactly what they want you to do, join all their sites, once you want to withdraw they take this as a reason not to pay.

You can do this, their terms are so vague that they can stretch them just as they want it.

I would also say, if they dont want anyone to (ab)use their bonuses, they shouldnt offer them. Anyway, i think your chances are slim, they wont payout any winnings thats for sure.

Ask them to just return your deposits, if they would keep them it would be stealing imo. They can ban you, but shouldnt keep your cash.
 
I don't understand this. In every deposit they give me bonus 100% or 150% only on bingo . Often i don't even use it.
I deposited money playing on slots when i win some money i withdraw it and then they canceled my bonus.
When i loose my money i tried second chance on bingo it. I don't see nothing unfair of that.
Maybe somebody from forum have any contact to managment of this casino?
 
Not good news I'm afraid.
I too joined a few cassava sites (not as many as yourself maybe 4-5) in a month or so.

These sites had more than the one deposit so they could not accuse me of just taking advantage of the welcome bonus and I played mostly slots, where the bonus money does not come into it.

I received out of the blue a very similar e-mail to yourself, closing said account and confiscating over £500

Emails, phone calls back and forth for weeks and even involved a 3rd party (not CM) and I got diddly squat back.

As others have said and this site warns, in a nutshell I feel they are not interested in tarnishing their own reputation or how they conduct themselves, they just want our cash!! and when a particular 'skin' gets a bad name they just open up 2 or 3 new ones and take advantage of the naive players out there :(
 
@ gppawelec : I see that you've filed a PAB against Sing Bingo. As mentioned previously we do have a standing Warning against all 888/Cassava properties, this would include Sing Bingo although it is not explicitly mentioned. As per the Warning:
888 and related 888/Cassava properties are ignoring player issues and will not discuss player complaints. ... We can offer no assistance if things go wrong between the player and these casinos. ....

Sorry we can't help you with this, maybe next time.

And please do read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ before you submit another PAB. Therein you'll see that posting about your issue on our forums after you've filed your PAB will seriously jeapordize or kill your PAB. Obviously that's of no significance in this particular case but if you PAB again it could mean instant failure of the PAB.
 
It's this kind of attitude that caused the GRA to lose out heavily under the new UK regime. The UK government didn't feel that players were properly protected, and it is clear from this case that they were right, and so was the high court for throwing out the GRA appeal against the new UK regime.

If Cassava have managed to get a UK license, they will have to be very careful about pulling this kind of stunt on a UK player, but this could mean that they will screw the remaining less protected players even harder to make up for it.

If they haven't got a UK license, then quite a few newspapers and football clubs have lost their white label solutions.
