I registered at the casoo casino, played through the welcome bonus and made a withdrawal of 1000euro which I received after 5 days, left 40 euros and won again and made a new withdrawal of 1100euro now it has been 8 days and I received nothing.

now I got this explanation as to why I haven't received my second withdrawal;
"The main reason is that your account have two duplicate levels with other accounts.
And now your account is on investigation. During this investigation you can't make new deposits or play the games"


what do they mean, two duplicate levels ?

Sounds like English as a second language, but they’re suspicious that you have another account, or certainly something like your address matches another account. Presumably they’re looking to get you on One Account Per Household.

Just a guess, but that’s my reading.

Yes that's what I think they mean too, but this is not true I don't have another account there,
so I don't understand any of this :(

MIght be that some enough similarities in other registered account was found, if you haven't create multiple accounts, you should have nothing to worry, be ready to verify your documents, that's often requested in such a scenarios when you might have to proove who your identity, address etc... And hopefully you have only used your own payment methods. Reply in their English was bit unclear what they are checking but some "dublicate" which could mean other account with similarities or other persons payment method which is not in your name.

Wait them to reply or if they don't contact chat if they have one

Haven't heard anything from them yet, they don't answer me either. I only have one account there and only used payments in my name, so I don't understand any of this. Are probably just nonsense on their part and some kind of tactic

damn I get so frustrated!

during this time they have not come up with anything...

ok a little progress here, i got this answer now;


"I have talked to the our support team and they described me the case.
They forwarded your case to the security team. What they found is that the same bonus has been used from different accounts on the same IP address.
At the moment, your case is still under investigation, so we cannot provide you a conclusive response. We will get in touch with you as soon as we have resolved your case"

Does anyone know how this can be possible when I only have one account and I am the only one playing in my house?

IP addresses are not unique; in almost all cases, your IP address is allocated to you from a pool owned by your ISP, and from time to time, this will change.

It’s therefore entirely possible for your current IP to have been used there before, whether or not you or anyone in your house has been there.

Ah thanks for that information, the casino should know this too? so I do not see why they have now spent two weeks on this when I have sent everything of documents etc.

This must be the first time I've been banned from a casino because I win (they don't mention why but I see no other reason) I left 20 euros after my second withdrawal and was on another winning round when suddenly I got this message ; "user disabled" sent an email and received this reply;


We have decided to permanently close your account for reasons that will not be disclosed with you.

The remainder of your balance will be withdrawn via Ecopayz.

so it's very clear what their strategy is

My guess (thin foil hat warning) is that casinos know if you're "due" or not as system trigger and follow your +/- and nerf rtp if up and up if down and you started playing and winning so they investigated and found out you were meant to win big so they closed your account. After ripping a ton over same group i opened account on their new casino and started hitting my rtp back on them and when i tried returning "account disabled" support said management decision bye. lol. Pretty much mean it's a scamaz casino, "honest" ones know they have to pay people that lost on other sites and vice-versa but some casinos are just plain gangsters. But i guess... just guessing, that if the industry figure out they are doing that they will take care of them themselves hehe ;)
