Resolved Casoo casino - 45.000 EUR confiscated with false accusations

Hi guys,

just FYI - AskGamblers complaint has been re-opened per Casoo's request, therefore PAB here has been put on hold.

If they actually called your job, under false info or sold it to someone else thats ridicolous.

Just read the whole thing over on AG... What a bunch of shite, Casoo is doing everything possible not to pay and I doubt you'll ever see so much as 1 eurocent from them. They'll just keep on delaying the process, demanding more documents,... until you give up in frustration.

45k should be nothing of note for any decent casino and they should be happy to pay this out as it shows they're reliable and you can "win" there thus more people will sign up and lose.

On their frontpage they have this nice piece of text as to why choose for Casoo:
Do you enjoy big winnings? You've come to the right place. Play games, get free spins & win!

Why stall pab here? It's clear from AG you won't get any help because the casino is only stalling, nor they have contacts to help your case further. You should bin off that complaint and continue here.

To add my two cents: I'm back playing at land based casinos here in Canada. When I win, I get cash right away. What good is a higher RTP when these online casinos find every excuse to hold up your cash out? Even "highly reputable" (Leo Vegas, etc) online casinos do a lot to make it hard to cash out. It's just a pain in the butt dealing with them. I went from spending $1000s a month online to $50 or $100 per month (just for the lol's). I want the cash and I don't want your online casino BS. My advice to you is: save your money and go to Vegas once (or whatever) per year. The online casinos are on the way out. Also, never play Curacao sites. The Malta ones are bad enough; the Curacao sites are a joke. Good luck.

I don't think I can actually do anything about it.
It was AGs decision to re-open complaint which they mediate, and once active, there are set 4 days periods for each side to react.

Read the whole case to date on AG, and I’m siding with the OP on this one. 100%. Please don’t let me down @shxxx, nor my peers that support you here ;)

Yes, nothing is conclusive yet, but the majority of Casoo’s posts sound like BS to me. Not buying their claims, and obviously AG weren’t convinced either (with good reason too, as Casoo failed to provide credible evidence to support their claim against the player), before they made the decision to reopen the case; which is pretty convenient given that it happened shortly after you decide to PAB here.

Smell fear by these apparent ass clowns that run Casoo. Can imagine the dialogue....

Oh shit, F! .... Max and Bryan at Casinomeister will be on the case, and they’ve got the resources to pressure us and ultimately expose our deception. The members are all behind the OP too... We had better do some damage control and reopen the case with AG; this way we’ll buy ourselves more time while we cook up more stalling BS to post on AG.

Sweating it over 45K. What a joke. If they can’t afford to pay a legitimate customer a modest sum such as this, they should close down immediately, and move back into their mommies basements.

I really hope you somehow get your money in the end mate, and if AG can’t achieve the desired result for you, Max and/or Bryan can. Sadly though, I think it’s going to be an uphill battle.

This case, yet again, highlights the importance of taking your time, doing solid research, and ultimately finding a casino that isn’t going to try and screw you over in some way if you hit big.

Bastards they are.

I have just read the whole story on AG and it seems they pull every string in the book to delay paying out this sum of money.
But I also did read they are willing to pay you once you have provident some more documents or proof of authenticity of some documents which is a blatant joke as you already did provide everything you could within your power.

So it seems they are trying to fob you off.

Seldom seen such a ridiculous performance from a casino.

A place people obviously should avoid at all costs.:mad:

They make the casino industry look bad.

Here are other sites set up by the same SG INTERNATIONAL LP and Inga Sharmina from Russia:

ladyslots.com
callbet.com
casinovino.com
webbyslot.com
wildwildbet.casino
nissicasino.bet
24kcasino.com
ugobet.net
gbchip.com
casinoprizma.com
bitbet24.com
maximiliancasino.com
kentbahis.net

I would be careful placing bets there until shxxx' claim has been settled.

@maxd, I am extremely sorry about that :(

I really thought I can post that, I won't write the reasons why I thought that as I might violate those policies again, but please be sure it wasn't intentional, I really thought I am allowed to...

Once again, I'm very sorry...

Fair enough. Let's continue back in your Ticket, SVP.

Hi all. How did this complaint end? I have received a similar case today concerning close to the same amount and the same casino owner though another site. I'm just doing my initial research on the matter and was wondering where this landed. Thanks.

Hey @goodknight,

I'm awaiting confirmation from @maxd whether I can post an update about the ticket (don't want to violate PAB policies).
Will post an update as soon as I am sure I can :)

Hi @shxxx

Yes, that sounds like a good idea. I have not added details about my own case for the same reasons and in order not to create issue with a possible future PAB registration.

Thanks.

As I recall they were paying out in installments, yes? I don't think I had heard more from you on it after that. Did I miss something?

...

Oops, my bad. Just saw your latest in the Ticket. Responded there but the upshot is I think we are done and you are free to post as you see fit.
