Casiplay -- Stolen funds, no customer service help.

2 weeks ago I was playing at Casiplay casino Raw cash only no bonuses .

I staked on live roulette twice and both times the stake was taken and the winning popped up once the round finished but we’re not credited to my balance . I then moved to blackjack table hoping my funds would appear after a refresh and they didn’t , i staked £100 on one hand of blackjack and was not dealt it at the table or given any cards but the £100 removed from my balance . Spoken with a pit boss who told me it was a rejected bet but a refund malfunction and I’d have to go to support to get my money back and gave me a reference.

14 days later no help from Casiplay support just “ it’s been escalated “ im owed around £200 plus the fact I was so annoyed at missing funds i spunked the rest of my balance trying to get my original funds back .
