Looking for a bit of advice...

Signed up to a casino a while back called CasinoVenetian.

Been contacted by them a few times asking to confirm data as you would expect, confirmed this and was told I would have cash back etc for my deposits.
They blocked my account until this was accepted and I had money in the account.

They continue to tell me the information I have provided isn’t clear enough etc however now I can’t access the site at all and when I try emailing them the email is being returned as no address.

By the sounds of it it’s a scam... the deposits were made by debit and credit card... is there anything I can do to get this money back?
It looks like they’re owned by SPROCESS LIMITED who I’ve read on this site have done this before.

Any help appreciated

The only way you can get your money is to go their offices in Covent Garden And never leave until they say they will call the police .... When the police arrives explain them what happen and tell them that the casino in question is illegally taking Bets from UK players as they don’t hold a UKGC license .

A bit of hassle I suppose but that’s your only option I believe!

It's a scam. It's a clipshot joint run by a load of unethical douchebags - not licensed by the UKGC and taking UK bets. They should be facing some jail time if they set foot in the UK. If they are already there - lots of laughs - good luck with that.
