Hi everybody (I apologize for my english, I am french)
I have problems with virtualcasino group (justwincasino). For 3 years I have tried to make them refund the 1000$ that they owe me. They claim that I have been paid which is false. I tried to protest by e-mail. They did not answer, then they they put my e-mail adress in their blacklist. I even do not know their physical adress.
Could somebody indicate to me an organization where I could carry a complaint?

Trois ans que tu rclames ton gain, a commence faire :confused: . Comme prconis par Jetset, le mieux est que tu fasses une requtes auprs de Montana, qui est en quelque sorte le "juge de paix" pour tout ce qui concerne les plaintes des joueurs sur plateformes RTG (realtimegaming). Tu trouveras le liens sur le site ou en faisant une recherche sur google. Content de voir d'autres franais sur ce site qui reste la rfrence en la matire, crois moi !

Sinon, tu as une rubrique sur le site qui se nomme "pitch a bitch" : tu exposes ton problme l'animateur du site (Casinomaister) et avec les nombreux contacts et le travail qu'il a effectu ces dernires annes, il russit gnralement, si tu es dans ton bon droit, rsoudre les problmes rencontrs par les joueurs.

Pleaase send me an email either here at Casinomeister, if you feel you can not reach me at ted@casinosupportcenter.com. I have never received an email from you here in the two years that I have been answering complaints, and have not seen any e-mails at the support center either. Please give me all of your information like user name and e-mail address and full first and last name on the email. Also we never disable an email or put them on a black list. Waiting to hear from you.
