-difficulties with the withdraw-process, the withdraw button was greyed-out - it turned out it was a small technical issue. I had to retype the email in the Skrill-field and then it works. -probably the biggest minus is that they charge a 2,5% fee based on your withdrawal from the second withdrawal per month up to 25 EUR. The first is free. So for the here-and-then player its a reasonable thing but for all the others its really a big con. I don't think thats something they can afford to do in the long run. This will discourage many players.

Good experience overall. Being in Canada though not the most user friendly for withdrawals. Only bank wire available and with the info i got from my bank I'm still having issues processing it. Canada is listed as ok to play at this casino before anyone asks me this

I've got nothing but good things to say about this casino as well. Speedy payouts in a matter of minutes if during the early evening - to Skrill. Tried them out, good experience overall.
Speedy cashout on my first withdrawal for 75€ done within 30 minutes.(skrill)
I made a second withdrawal for 300€ and did not like the 2,5% transaction fee (only one free withdrawal per month)

The boss fights become boring quickly however had some nice results. I won 100€ on my second bossfight and 50€ on my third.
Another positive thing, I hit MAX bet by mistake (hate that button!) for 12.50€ for a single spin where only 5€ MAX bet is allowed, so I broke that (bonus) term.
I was actually happy I did not win anything from the spin. I stopped playing and contacted support as I was afraid my winnings could be voided (250€)
I could not reach live chat so sent an e-mail and waited. Respons in about 15 minutes. They told me ty for reporting it to us, winnings will not be voided you can carry on trying to fullfill the wagering requirements. Ok my quick review:

The saga rep Per gave me a very generous freebie to try the site, so firstly thank you very much for that again.

My general experience was mostly very good. Nice layout, interesting concept with the character challenges, and games ran without any issues for me.

I only had a quick run, so can't comment on deposits /withdrawals, CS or the like, however it seems most these things have already been covered and are all in order.

The challenges seem fairly easy to trigger, and my first challenge was won, which include a $1.00 bonus, and unlocking the slot Jack and the Beanstalk?

This led me to discover a game breaker for me. This being that not all my favorite games are available to play immediately with the money I deposit.

Sorry saga, but this is ridiculous. If I'm paying for a service, I expect to be able to access all the slots immediately like all other casinos. The fact your range of slots is already much less than most casinos, leads me to wonder why on earth you would narrow your customer base even more, by not offering all the slots in your limited collection?

At first I thought it wouldn't be so bad, as the challenges must be easy to get through, however I tried and failed the second challenge 3 times, bringing me to the realization it could take a very long time before I can unlock some of my favorite slots.

For this reason alone, there is no way I could become a regular customer and choose your site over the current sites I play at, although in the spirit of fairness, I will make an initial one time deposit to repay the nice freebie you gave me in good faith.

If you ever unlock all your games, let me know as I may reconsider.

I won 500€ from that bonus wheel close to christmas and won 3700 after that 40x wager Wihdrew 2000€ and 1525€ that 25€ was there because 25€ fee. Left rest for playing and managed to win 800€ more and withdrew 750€ of that amount. All of those withdrawal was on my bank account in 12h from withdrawal. whether you like the locked games or not, really is a matter of personal preference. I agree netent isn't my favorite either, however when I do choose to play netent slots, Victorious and Fisticuffs are two in particular I like to play most.

I just don't understand why you would unnecessarily lock certain slots when you already have a smaller sample of total games than your major competitors? I just can't wrap my head around the point of it.

If I'm paying my hard earned money to play at your establishment, the least you can do is offer me the full range of entertainment I'm paying to use. Instead, you are charging players to essentially 'buy' the right to eventually play these slots by completing challenges, when the same slots are available to play at all your competitors sites at no extra charge immediately.

Surely you can see that by doing this you are at a disadvantage, and are only convincing some potential new customers to just stay at the sites we already play at?

I'm very interested to hear a response on this feedback from you Saga, as it honestly is the most bizarre and unnecessary concept I have seen a new site adopt.

I appreciate your explanation, and respect the effort you have made to introduce a unique concept to your site as a point of difference. However, I think you have made a huge mistake by altering the one thing that should never be played with, and that's the platform itself, ie. the locking of certain games.

It's unnecessary, and as I stated earlier, it actually means you now offer even less to your customers than your competitors do.

The platforms you offer, the selection of games, and their smooth performance, should always take precedence over any unique gimmick or offers.

The games you offer are the star of the show, and the big money earners, not your unique bonus scheme, regardless of how flashy and fun it may be.

You would probably make a lot more money, and attract and retain more players if you made all your games available to your customers from the onset, hence it baffles me why you would have multiple pure profit spinners sitting idle on your site for any period of time.

I don't mean to tell you how to run your business, but I just feel like someone should have picked up on this before within your team, lol.

By locking certain slots, you're narrowing your customer base, and most importantly from a business perspective, LOSING MONEY!

Put it this way, if I owned your casino, the first person I'd fire is the person who suggested we lock lucratively profitable slots until customers play and complete an in-house developed non profit earning side game, that may take multiple attempts to complete before you actually unlock the slots.

Whether you look at it from a customer perspective, or that of the vendor, it just makes no sense.

Since you obviously don't mind losing money, for a small fee of $100,000.00, I could tell you how to make your unique game work with the site in a fun and profitable way, whilst also increasing your overall gross profit margin considerably. My fee will cover itself nearly instantly, and the best part is it will only take me 5 minutes to explain, lol.

I don't come cheap, but you'll probably make 10 times my fee in the 5 minutes proceeding my advice.

Good luck, but like I said earlier, whilst any games are restricted, I'll be playing elsewhere, and I'm fairly certain I'm not alone.

TBH I tried to work out what this site is all about. And each biz is welcome to there own concept as such. But I could not make head nor tail of it. Sagas pots of gold / treasure etc. It maybe good for some but not for me. If I depo I want all games unlocked and should not have to earn them. The site is difficult to navigate and has quite long load times. Confused the hell out of me. I will give this a miss. But hey this is only my opinion.
