Hi guys

Today marks my 1 Year anniversary at Roxy Palace and it prompted me to think how many ppl still regularly play at casinos they joined over a year ago? For me its:

32Red (Aug 2004)
Roxy Palace (Feb 2005)

I also play very occassionally at Ladbrokes (July 2004) and my first one ever, Littlewoods (June 2004). I used to play Will Hill and Casino Kingdom regularly back then but WH p*sed me off when i had a software problem and support didnt (still doesnt?) exist and CK took two weeks to process a withdrawal (before they got taken over), so they got ditched.

Anyone else want to share?

Cheers

Simmo!

I would have had 1 year anniversary at Prestige Casino, but after they outsourced management and several incidents with me, I simply could not stay. It was my first casino and I would still be playing there if that had not happened.
I never returned to any Playtech casino after that. (Did Prestige ever get a fall-from-grace 'award'? They should!)

My next casino was Roxy and I have probably only played here for 8 months so far. This is still my favorite casino where I make monthly/weekly deposits since the silver member deposit bonus is nice. (I like 32Red too, but not being member of Club Rouge makes it less attractive since I dont get any Loyalty cash-back when wagering.) After that the list becomes too long.. It is like girls, you remember the first ones, then they kind of fade together :xxx.

But at least I am faithfull to only Roxy,32Red,Ladbrokes and Intercasino now. For the time being I have no plans whatsoever to play regulary at other casinos - these are unmatched.

I think it was about a year ago when I first played at 32 Red. I didn't play that regularly at first, but last month I finally realized just how excellent they are. I personally had a pleasure to experience their superior service and attention given even to a low roller like myself. 32 Red is now my first choice without a doubt.

I used to play regularly at Fortune Lounge Casinos, but not that much recently. I think I'll go back to Trident Lounge (Dec 2004) and Piggs Peak (Jan 2005). Both have always treated me nice.

Ladbrokes and Intercasino (not a year old yet) are also on my list.

Edit: Totally forgot Spin Palace (thanks KK), definitely on my +1 year list and continues to get atleast one deposit a month.

Good question! My 'more than a year' list:-
Intercasino
Will Hill
32Red
Spin Palace
Ladbrokes
Virgin
Blimey - that's all!!
Course I've done lots of new sign-ups in the last year, but until these places realise to have to give decent incentives to keep your players (like the above ones do), I wont be going back to most of them.

I'd say my "more than a year" list is kinda short ...

Intercasino
William Hill

My "will play for more than a year " addition would definitely be 32 Red. I don't even win that much over there, which has taken other casinos off my playlist before. However, I believe in giving Ed and Pat recognition for their hard work and will still deposit every month. They're the only casino I'd do that for, too ...

Sometimes I go back if a new offer at an old casino catches my eye, but not that often ...

A year or more

Gosh, I guess I am one of the loyal ones. I have played at 32 Red as long as they have allowed US player, Inetbet for 2 years, and Vegas Country for over 3. I stick with what works.

Littlewoods
Omni
Peach
Sands
VIP
UkBetting
Totalbet
Inter

I started playing at these casinos in 2004, first because of their bonuses. Well, I still appreciate them (if theyre still offered), but in the meantime my deposits have multiplied considerably (fortunatelly my winnings as well  ) so that theyve just become "a drop on a hot stone".
Since I started playing cryptologics One Hand DB VP, there are nearly no other games Id like to play.
So I keep it up with these casinos

Man, i wish they hadnt changed the DB VP payout. I loved that game too.

The account I have held the longest is with All Slots Casino - can't remember if it was 2000 or 2001. Been at Trident Lounge since it opened as well. My 32Red account was only recently opened, more through oversight than anything else.

And just for some perspective, some of the players I had while I was an affiliate with Got2Bet have been playing at All Slots and Wild Jack since 2001. I find that whales stick around at a casino they like - they may stray on occasion but they typically go back to their old stomping grounds... which should be a lesson to casino operators - treat your players well and they will always come back...

I'm sorry to say that the casinos I've played with the longest are the Grand Prive Group. Four years I think for Grand Bay and Bella (according to my last anniversary emails) and three years with Jupiter.

However, after that and where I actually play most are Jackpot Factory (All Slots and All Jackpots), Roxy Palace (probably two years), and most recently 32Red (not sure if I've been there quite a year as yet). I see a long relationship with 32Red in my future.

My longest serving casino is gaming club... about 3 years now play there often and had few biggish wins :D

Signed up with 32red less than a year ago but fast becoming a regular there

Laddies over 2 years but no longer play (no means of deposit)

Spin palace and ruby are regulars as well but again less than a year.

More than 2 years at both: Spin Palace and Ruby Fortune
Over 3 years at: Vegas 7 and Wildjack Casinos
32 Red-as long as they have allowed US players..

I'm extremely loyal..:)

My more than a year list.
1-Platinum slots(G-FED) Yes, a G-Fed casino,It works fine for me,I have been playing with them for about 2 years now using the spanish version, the customers support manager for the spanish language MrFerro has always been very helpful and I have never experienced problems
2-32 Red:I am not very lucky at 32 Red but they have the best support.Pat is just...:notworthy
3-Casino-on-Net:Good BJ,the support is ok:thumbsup:
4-Intercasino:Good games:thumbsup: bad support:mad:
5-VPL casinos:Very good customer support via live chat:thumbsup:
-Bellerock casinos.
-Fortune Lounge Casinos.
-Palace Group Casinos.
-Trident Lounge Casinos

ive played at LADBROKES for about 4 or 5 years now - well since internet gambling first started really - so maybe about 7 years or so??? i cant really remember, everything is such a haze!!!

they have never failed to pay me within 2 days (apart from once when i won about £7k which was 3 days) - i hardly ever win there, but i stay loyal to them as they are my 'up the high street' bookies and i trust them totally

i am also regular to BET365 and 32RED and occasionally ROXY PALACE

i love internet gambling, but i think its only a matter of time before i have to stop

Mine were Grand Prive also . I was very loyal to them .
Also
Inetbet
Hopefully next year I will still be playing at The Belle Rock group . I like Lucky Nugget the best and so far they have been great.

What seems like an easy question to answer... really isn't.

I've deposited at a wide-range of casinos over the years, but only a handful I had continuously gone to. However, I did a major shake-up in which casinos I was routinely going to about 9-10 months ago. Namely, a good number of PlayTech casinos I would not recommend to anyone (eg. Royal Dice/Club Dice/Casino Las Vegas/Swiss Casino/Carnival Casino/New York Casino). Those mentioned (amongst others), I'd been going to since '02 (I believe), and again, stopped going to some time ago.

Ignoring the fact that I have yet to make a deposit in '06 (thank you MG slots), I have been going to:

- Casino-On-Net (5 years/sporadically the last 3 years)

- Capital Casino (5 years/although it's now defunct as of last month)

- The Gaming Club (5 years/although I haven't been there in at least a year... so scratch this one)

- Club Player Casino (4 years/although I haven't been for about a year now... and I most certainly will NEVER be going back... there a little too rogue these days, reminding me more and more of Connect-to-Casino with their ridiculous promotions... they weren't like this a couple years back)

- KIWI Casino (4 years)

- Sci-Fi/BreakAway Casino (3 years/although they do take some heat at times, I still feel that my most memorable RTG experiences have come from this group)

- Maple Casino (2 years roughly/although I don't think that their customer support is good by any stretch of the imagination... it sucks.. but everything else about the outfit is top-notch)

There may be a few others, but I can't recall them at the moment.

Hey - great to see you back, John - I was wondering where you were!

This is a good thread for one of your expert statistical analysis exercises, methinks - how about it?

On a side note, I tried Gaming Club about a year ago and found that from the UK, spinning slots would sometimes take forever. Maybe a minute a spin! Dont know if thats changed. But i also find Ladbrokes the same...i always get fed up and frustrated and end up cashing in.

Laddies works just fine down here in the deep south...

Fortune Lounge -- 3 or 4 years. Never a problem with service. I almost stopped playing there entirely when they 'improved' their comp system. I'll still play at one of their casinos on occasion.

Unfortunately (for me) I was also a loyal player at Grand Prive group -- 3 + years. There was that weird, persistent, NETeller problem last year that made my hair stand on end .... Also, they think gave me too many bonuses, I won too often on my own money, and now they don't love me anymore. LOL :p

Sadly, I was a loyal (almost daily) player at Sci Fi for over a year, but found out that even though I don't use RTG bonuses, my "account is not in good standing" because I don't lose enough.

I've switched my RTG deposits back over to INetBet. Signed up at INetBet years ago and I always go back. Never a problem with service, but I just don't seem to win there very much.

Global Player -- Over 2 years. My favorite place to play VP. Still donate money every week.

Piggs Peak Group -- Over 2 years. This is my primary MG group now. I've never had a problem here, fast answers to emails, receive my cashouts to NETeller within 24 hours, and I used to be able to deposit and play enough to win some of their neat contests every once in awhile.

Just recently signed up at 32 Red. First cashout took 4 days. Second one, was a lot quicker. Don't seem to hit much here, but that doesn't really mean much. I can't seem to win my way out of a wet paper sack right now -- anywhere.

32Red since we in the US have been able to play. By the way Mousey, the reason your withdrawal took 4 days was, most likely, you cashed out late on a Thursday night. They don't process over the weekend. That is the ONLY thing that annoys me about 32Red. Everything else is wonderfull.
Spin Palace has had good runs for me in the past
Grand Hotel has been my favorite of late. It is like the energizer bunny...just keeps giving and giving!!
I used to LOVE Riverbelle but since they went so commercial it has done ZIP. I keep going back with terrible results.

You know, for me one of the interesting things emerging from this brilliant collection of experiences is the sad way that many of these casinos are unnecessarily shedding good players - throwing out the baby with the bathwater in their efforts to avoid being *abused*

There seem to be many players who should be nurtured rather than discarded, going on some of the comments made.

If I were one of the casino managers reading this thread (and I am sure there are several) it would give me serious pause for thought and a re-examination of the criteria being applied by security and/or CRM.

This was in the back of my mind when i started the thread. I hoped some things would come out to help casinos think of ways to improve. Its why i keep unashamedly bumping the Reverse Withdrawal poll also :D

What is interesting is that 32Red constantly get plaudits and although not perfect (see above), part of the reason is they take notice of what players want which in turn encourages loyalty.

An example - all the 4 casinos i still play after a year happen to have a max. of one hour set on my Reverse Withdrawal time. No coincidence I can assure you. Of course, thats just my criteria for playing, not everyone's, but these casinos have shown me that they will listen to my needs so in turn, they get my loyalty.
