Casino's who don't update their webpage

I came across a casino tonight who was advertising a rather nice looking first deposit bonus. I am in the middle of starting up my own daycare, and $$ is tight, so I was excited to see I might get to play this weekend for more than 10 minutes (hopefully!) with little of my money being put at risk.

I downloaded the casino, and while it was downloading, I checked the website's T&C's. Everything looked great until I read "Bonus is valid from March 1, to March 31st 2006". Hmmmmm.. It's now May... this promo has been over for more than a month.. So, for the hell of it, I sign up and load live help and within 5 minutes finally get the answer of, "Yes, that promo is over, you can now get a 100% match, up to $200". Still a nice bonus, of course, but the other bonus was better on little cash.

Does it not make sense (not to mention, is it not better buisness) to update current promotions on the website? It can't be that hard to do. Or, am I just over reacting? Needless to say, I did not deposit, and won't for now. Kind of turned me off to see a promotion advertised when it expired over a month ago :what:

You're absolutely right "jen1381". :)

How hard can it possibly be to update their very own website? It's their promotion, and anything revolving around serious money needs constant attention. Where's their sense of responsibility? I've never understood that myself, and even some of the best operations STILL do a lousy job of updating their current promotions (and deleting/removing the old ones). It's funny, but sometimes when I go to "BonusRating.com", even some of their promotional updates are more recent than those at the casino's very own website.

Wow! And I thought a month was bad.. lol. Just doesn't feel like a good buisness practice to me.. it would be like me advertising my daycare at last years rates and having a whole lot of pissed off people when they got my bill.. lol

You'd think they'd at LEAST update their emails!!! They sent me the typical "welcome" email, offering me the promotion live help told me ended March 31st... unreal. :what:
