as my money is still on the back of a giraffe somewhere in Africa (yes folks its still not arrived) the lovely Lisa from microgaming emails me

What problems are you experiencing exactly? How long have you been waiting
and what response have you received when you have enquired about payment?

We take the customer service provided by our operators very seriously and
are obviously concerned if there is a problem.

I have forwarded your original e-mail already to the relevent person and I
expect you to receive a satisfactory response shortly.

If you do not, please do not hesitate to contact me again. Also, as soon as
you do hear from the casino, please can you forward their response in order
we can evaluate their customer service.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter and I trust this matter will be
resolved to your satisfaction soon.

Thanks for the quick response Mike. Now I know the facts I will contact the
operator directly.

MicroGaming is associated with all its operators in view of the fact its our
software which powers them, however, I cannot stress enough that we
implement strict policies on customer service and will penalise an operator
heavily if they do not comply with our code of conduct.

What was the last date you had contact with Mr Holmes?

As way of an apology Lisa can you arrange a free casino liscence from yourselves for me I know this is the least you can do.

I played at a GoTo casino and last Tuesday I think they said my cheque would be sent by FedEx and I would receive it by friday.

I didn't receive it and when I emailed them today they responded by saying that but no checks were sent out, due to the hurricane in the Caribbean Islands.

I recommend their blackjack, however, because they have very good rules, and it's the first time I've finished ahead after a good few hundred hands.

Hello ceasarsareshitmob how are you? I want you to know that I spent over 1 hour at the bank today trying to find these missing funds.

The people at the bank are as stupid as the people at the casino. NOBODY knows anything about anything. I am sure I will find something out in a few days. That casino should be doing all of this work in finding my money.

After all it is up to them to pay me isn't it, or am I just asking a little to much? I know I am being a crybaby bloke and all but Damn I would like my money.
