Has anyone (or everyone) been receiving the Fortune lounge spam through this affiliate on a regular and frequent basis?? They offer a link to "unsubscribe" from the mailings, and when you click it you get a message that unless you respond to the automated email they send you your address will not be removed. So I respond to it and it says that the address doesn't match and cannot be removed??? I am sick and F'ing tired of their bullshit come ons and would like to hear from the FL rep about how we get rid of this crap. FL says it is an affiliate problem, but since they are making offers on behalf of FL, they should deal with it. Can't imagine why FL would want to deal with an affiliate that is pissing off their customers!! FL, please respond and direct me as to how I can lose these idiots because it is costing you customers

i ve been trying for months now to unsubscribe from a mailing list called "gamblingstars" , which leads to an url "casinoprophets" ,
which leads to... (some spammy casinowebsite)

What makes me quite a bit angry, is that i always get the same message back, when i try to unsubscribe:

As you might have guessed-- if you try to send thema e mail, it comes back (no such adress).

Spammers.

The ones I get are from Real Vegas Slots and Real Vegas Poker. They both come from Driftwood Bay in Belize, as does the Fortune Lounge Newsletter!!!

Looks rather cosy if you ask me. It would only take a short walk of 11 buildings for the senders of the genuine newsletters to pay a visit to the spammers, yet nothing seems to have happend in months, how fast can they walk!

casinomeister, casinoonnet was rogued cos they were spamming through search engine. but you need to do something regarding fortune lounge spamming. cos i believe that every 8 out of 10 members of this site are victim of fortune lounge spam.i dont think so those spam emails are sent via affiliates, actuaally fortune lounge is sending them, cos on the bottom of all emails the postal address is of fortune lounge. my inbox is always full of there crap and i am sick of these spammers. and there is NO WAY that you can get rid of those spam emails/ CASINOMEISTER, fortunelonge needs to be rogued.

I had to change email addresses and limit who I gave that out to because of this annoying spam. I usually have to do this at least once a year to get rid of all the spammers. It goes in my delete automatically, but I hate it just the same.

Calm down, nikest.

CasinoOnNet was not rogued because they were spamming search engines - they were rogued for knowingly allowing big affiliates of theirs to steal copyrighted material from other webmasters.

I am of course not a fan of Fortune allowing this to occur - and of course I also don't believe they are doing anything about it despite their assurances. But they are not going to listen to us because the spammer is their biggest source of revenue.

As much as I would like to see them rogued for this I don't think you can really compare this to what CasinoOnNet did.

Nikest--if you want to discuss "reality," then make it something that you have PROOF of. I happen to know for a fact that Bryan discontinued FL's advertising during the last go-round regarding the FL SPAM situation. Making false allegations only makes you look silly.

I'm guessing that you're so pissed off in your own personal situation involving FL that you're willing to drag everyone else down with you...FL, Wim and now Bryan. And as I said in my previous post in your "FL Sucks" thread, I have no doubt there's more to this story than you're telling.

As to the FL SPAM issue, I do know that they've been working hard to ensure that emails only go to those who've opted in and that those who've opted out are removed. Are they getting it 100%? Probably not, but I'm not ready to hang them out to dry, either. I can say from my own experience that when I've opted out from FL affiliate SPAM, I've had no further SPAM emails from them.

From what I've seen, FL is often everyone's favourite whipping post. I receive more crap SPAM from Windows (NEVER had an account at ANY of their brands) and Sunny and have never been able to opt out. No doubt others have received plenty of SPAM via other casinos, as well. For whatever reason, though, people love to bash FL.

According to our records you have NEVER communicated with us directly. If you had an issue with the spam (or the refusal of the bonus) why did you not try to contact us ? Is that not the normal thing to do ?

i dont have any agenda against you.why offer a bonus to players,and then having intention not to give him and find any excuse. i am a bonus abuser in fl.why would a bonus abuser deposit $200 in a casino, whose offer is 100% match bonus upto $50. can any1 in this world explain me that how i become bonus abuser in this case. but if the casino definition for a bonus abuser is that: if a player withdrawl is more than deposit, then the player is bonus abuser' then i fall under this definition. but i go to casino to win. not to loose.
i have a experience in the past, if a player has been refused to get a bonus , he cant get a bonus, no matter watever he does. you are offering me this here, cos thousands of other members can see this thread.

FL rep, I did take the issue of these bogus bonus offers to your very own customer service people. I was told, and I quote, "we have no control over what our affiliates do"!! unquote. I want to know why you would allow people to just make offers to players with no idea what they are offering?!! I certainly hope this isn't the case. I would appreciate it if you could answer these questions when you reply instead of saying, see my post in the other thread? I'm not sure which thread you are speaking of, and it makes you look like you either dont have an answer or don't want to answer. I continue to receive these "offers" that I am not eligible for. Do you see the problem here, or are you just not wanting to look at it???
