Casinos not listed in any category?

Greetings all.............it has been awhile since I have posted or been involved. I hope all are well and still enjoying their gaming.

Maybe a basic question or perhaps I just have been gone so long I forgot the answer...........either way, looking for some clarification.

We have all the categories here from Accredited, Not Recc, Grey Zone, to Rogue to BBF and everything in between. What about casinos that are not shown on ANY of the lists or categories?

What does that mean? TIA
