Several Playtech casinos have recently updated their terms and conditions. I have received from casinos on which I was placed in the past, an email informing me of this change, and inviting me to visit their site to learn new words and conditions. I believe that this practice is quite normal.
My question is: can a casino apply to a former customer of new rules if it did not take the precaution to explicitly inform this customer of the changes occurred?
