Casinos and this free spins malarkey

Just thought I would see what the forum thought of what seems like an ever increasing use of pretty dreadful ways of trying to tempt players in with free spins on games.

I seem to get daily emails from casinos asking me to deposit £50/£100 on the promise of usually between 10-50 free spins.

Sounds ok on the face of it until you see that these free spins are usually minimum value, 5p each a spin or something similar. Who goes for these? I find it pretty shocking from a casino side of things to offer out such poor value offerings.

Yeah, FS on top of a deposit are mostly pretty poor offers.

My last 3:

Rizk - deposit 80, get 100FS - played 50 on Starburst and 50 on Attraction and got a total of 8.47$ = 10% match for my deposit
Casino Luck - deposit 30, get 60FS on Flowers - didn't work for some reason and they credited me 18$ = 60% match for my deposit
Casino Luck - deposit 20, get 50FS on Enchanted Meadow, 25 desktop, 25 mobile - total win 12.35$ = 60% match for my deposit

Rarely that i take them unless i deposit that day anyway, but on probably 100 occasions i did, it never led to a withdrawal. Always busted before WR was complete.

At Rizk they are at least wager free, so somewhat better

Hi Captain,

Your set-up is certainly the better option. I take a lower percentage that is wager free any time over a bonus/FS that come with 35, 40 or even 50 x WR.

But to the option if 10% or 100FS wager free, personally, i prefer the 100FS. Mostly the result of the 100FS is about the 10% of your deposit, and sometimes you can score quite a nice win with them adding a substantial amount to your starting balance.

However, i would welcome it if you would offer not just the 10-liners and maybe some 15- or 20-liners for a change.

Low rollers and those with a small gaming budget tend to shop around for the best deal of the day, in my instance more so to extend session and game time.

I've been playing online since 2002 and gambling in general since 1990 and although not everyone's 'Cup of tea' I'd say enjoyment and killing periods of boredom is the main reason we do it!

Rizk are very generous when it comes to wager free rewards, don't get me wrong (what you gave the missues the other day was amazing!)

However I think players should have the choice, maybe deposit for wager free FS or a higher deposit bonus percentage but with attached WR.

I have only ever made the initial deposit (SUB) at Rizk and it was a poor session, this however would not put me off, its about feedback which as far as I can see is all good thus far.

My point is that when 'Shopping around' if I saw that the 2 best offers of the day were say 50% matches and a few FS, then Rizk would win every time over casino 'X' and see a lot more of my budget and I feel I am not alone on this one.

Just ideas and feedback not a moan at all

This is true.
But personally, I'd still prefer the free tenner no WR..because while sure, as in your screenshot, you could make a decent bit on starburst, you could could win quite a fair bit more on say, Dead or Alive at 9 cents a line.
I'd sooner choose the game were it the option.
