    Normally the boss follows up with a a thread when a new casino passes the BBF but for some reason not this time? & as the threads closed I thought I would follow up on my last statement,

    It was about the payment,I got an instant message saying it was processed but it was not, This was on the Thursday and on the Friday I ask support what was going on and was told it been sent but can take 24hr? This is not true as its normally instant on ewalets, Than later on I was told it would be Monday, Normally this would of been perfectly fine if I was told that from the beginning,

    Nether the less I can confirm the money came in at 04;34 this morning, Saturday, I know the boss has now sent mass message about they have passed the BBF and even he states withdraws can take up to 48hrs, Funny thing is I have always had my money in that time, Even had my cash once in my bank in 19hrs which I think just beats Guts and coral, Which I have had in less than 24hrs im my bank a few times,

    Someone mentioned a few weeks ago about the minions thread and collecting the right info about sites, Untill than I not took much notice about payment being took out and actually processed, I always thought once it was out and not see the cash that was it on its way :) But after ten years it is not the case, I have started using ewallets alot more, and come to see once its out or proceeds it still sitting in there accounts, If I used my bank on this instance at casinoroom I would nether of known it was still sitting on there side,

    Now the good bits, I have always liked them, I nether known they have been around for ten years, Only heard of them by casinomeister and believe me I have had my fair share of sign up to sites :)

    CS are always fast and polite, I am not saying they get every think right but what support does? I have been told they support multy language but as my I am English and not good at that I have no tested the others :) They are a stand alone casino and even took the effort to get a U.K licence, They are active on the forums so that's a plus, The rep even messaged me and dumped me a good few free spins, Wager free I was told, But will not take out unless a good hit, I am not one one for taking,

    All in all its a casino that is great, and one that I bypassed all theses years and didnt even know about it, They will certainly be seeing a good few more of my deposits, especially after the new year, With xmas around the corner and my Bday I got to save abit,

    Thanks for starting this thread, was wondering where i should post this:

    Joined Casinoroom a little while ago and usually take them up on their generous offers when new games launch.

    Any deposit = 50 FS on King of Slots.

    Played my deposit in DOA, got hours of play for a minimal deposit. Busted out eventually.

    Played my 50 FS and surprisingly won around £35. Wagering was around £1,500. DOA wasn't allowed so played Wishmaster and got up to £300 ish. Yesterday I completed wagering playing a range of games - Gonzo's, JATB, CFTBL and Twinspin.

    Made wagering with £280-something left. Withdrew £280 at 18:00 last night, approved more or less instantly (no KYC on first W/D) and money was paid at 04:30.

    Looks like your cash was a few minutes after mine, The rep did state they go in a list, Hense why I thought it was funny when the CS was saying different things, (nether listen to any CS) :D

    But I agree every think is clear, Well there been going for ten years what I did not know about so they have no excuse :) But are a good out fit, They only just got rid of the not aloud games, I remember asking before and they stated that all games are allowed at the mo, albeit only play netent with bonus(changed a few days ago) but have added more to the list, I guess there working on it,

    I have came across to many sites recently with to much going on, No need for it, Worthless promo's Etc, But yes casino room do give a good promo and pointed out that rules state £20 min to get bonus but the rep said that they changed it due to people ask, deposit small, I didnt ask but I only deposit small but they soon add up,So another thumbs up for looking after small depositors,

    It just amaze me how some sites are so sh&t yet some are doing there best to look after us,

    You have not got much to lose, Except cash of course :) banking is a hit and miss but even so alot quicker thanmost

    i liked this casino when i made my first deposit and got 150 free spins.. now my withdrawal has been pending on cashout request for 3 days it took 1 half days for them to ask for documents via email. i replied within 30 minutes.

    now im waiting 1 day for reply back and i know they are gonna bitch about 1 of my docs.. because i dont recieve bank statements i dont have phonebills..its all paperless.

If I requested a withdrawal by night it would be in my bank account when I woke up (trustly). Never had any issues with the support staff and the site has the "next level" theme of being able to progress for rewards and achievements as you play.

    i tried casinoroom, too. When chatting to cs I felt treated very unfriendly (I use to try out casinos always by depositing tiny sums and then get in touch with cs and have a look how they care for little ones - if satisfied I start to continue by depositing higher amounts).

    Casinoroom support did unfortunately not pass my personal little test. Allthough I liked their site. A lot.

    Friendly support is next to relieable, fast withdrawals one of my priorities. Since my cash is very valuable for me I don´t like the feeling to feed rough guys by depositing.

    To make it seem fair take a look at the 888 bingo sites which are now getting took over by machines
