    Hi can anyone help I went on casinoroom.com and got 20 free spins and got lucky and got up to 180 pound but when I wanted to withdraw I was told I could only collect 91 pound which was not a problem but after I gave them all there paperwork for security I got an email saying my withdrawal was successful but now it seems like the email address I was using for them no longer axcists please could anyone give me any advise

    Why I ever stray away from VS is beyond me, made a w/d here on the weekend, was removed almost immediately which was nice because no reversal, but that nicety is now null and void, just got email telling me they have reversed my w/d back to my casino account due to a missing number on my bank wire, not sure how a number could go missing considering the information was in the system since my last w/d, I HATE this kind of crap, I don't jack with anybody, pay my money and just want to be paid in a timely manner.

    And to make things worse I went to w/d again, put in my banking info and it states error account already registered, so they have the correct information and now I am at their time and mercy, wont allow me to w/d.........I am pissed

    Hey, sorry for the trouble, please go ahead and send me a PM with your email address and I'll sort this out for you. We check banking info before approval just to make sure the routing numbers are correct to avoid unnecessary delays with returns, but it sounds like they didn't delete the "old" account, but don't worry, we'll fix it.
