    Unfortunatly CR doesn't send the monthly commission via Skrill any longer; for any reason Germany is out since two months.
    For a wire they own you a massive 30$ fee! Anyone here who get this way for free? 30 bucks is not a fee in my eyes - it is just impudent.

    I used to get them to send me a Cheque. It arrived quite quickly, no fees, only downside was I had to go outside and visit the bank to deposit it.

    Soon got peed off with that and switched to Neteller.

    Since Skrill departed Canada, I've used Ecopayz with CR. Maybe check if that's an option for your country?
