    Problem in detail: I opened an account on October last year2004 and made a deposit of 100 . I recived a match bonus of 100 + 10 and decided to play BJ.I checked the terms and saw that I need to wager 6300 before cashin.At that day I was lucky and wagered 6470 and I stoped playing after my balance was 1200. I made cashin from my casino account.After I sent them all my scaned documents as required, I havnt got paid for my winings ... and Im still waiting for the last 7 months I can not understand why they ignore me and dont want to pay me my winings as of this moment

    I have played at this casino before. Winnings were paid promptly. Their live support was also very good. It is very atypical of them to simply ignore you after receipt of all your documents for 7 months. Wasnt there any correspondence made in the interim?

    I just checked the website. There is a toll-free phone number for players from Israel. Didnt you use this service? Try it and find out what the problem is.

    As I wrote in another thread the WR is 60 x (d+b) if you play blackjack which means you should wager 12600. Are the money still in your account? If they are I suggest you play the remaining wager putting blackjack on autoplay, You should still have most of your winnings left after that.

    So I am assuming you called, and they confirmed the fraud that they suspected. This is probably the case since you offered everyone in this forum your name and account number.

    I would suggest to everyone in this forum to ignore whatever this poster has to say until all of this is finalized.

    This was the first time I have ever published any complaint and actually the last time but I learned some things

    I saw some complaints about their bonus structures but here the issue is a no pay issue.

    The casino claimed that I used their bonuses in a fraudulent way but they never gave me details. Registering about 4,5 casinos in their group count as a fraud.

    I lost at blackjackballroom 1000, in Goldentiger 500, then I won at Luckyempror and zodiac together $2975.
    They refunded only my deposits back at these casinos for 100 each.

    I wagered the full amount required at the time I played there. There is no fraud involved.

    If they think I committed a fraud, come and publish what it is or tell me that on the phone.

    They never told me why or gave me details only the bla bla in the phone about the account was locked due to bonus abuse.

    I think they committed fraud by not paying my winnings nor returning my deposit in all of the casino I lost in the group.

    If they had returned the deposit in all the casinos I lost there I am almost even but they never did so. I wagered the minimum amount to cashout, so what ?

    Watching the other thread of casinorewards I can see they have a representative here in the forum, does he have an information about the bonus abouse they are talking about.

    Once you abuse the bonus it is not hard to tell exactly what and why, they never did that.

    From looking at some other casinorewards complaint I see I am not the only one which they locked his account and throw him away from their casinos leaving you with your deposit only.

    I remember they told me they made an investigation on my account and that they are going to contact NETeller, NETeller did not lock my account and everything is as usual, how come casinorewards got some info from NETeller accusing me in a fraud, I don't understand.

    I am here just to get paid. I know the casinomeister is helping many players but when it comes to reputable casinos he tends to belive the casinos and not the player.

    I want to know from casinorewards what exactly fraud did I committed.

    I think they committed a fraud by not paying the winnings and even if they suspect a fraud where are my deposit at Goldentiger and Blackjackballroom and other casinos in the group I lost at and these are substantial amounts ?

    If they return these deposit I would feel much confortable than complaining in the forum which you can see I am not the best doing. I want also my winnings from them, there is no promise that if I get my deposit back I will stop complaining but I might, I want my wininnings in full or explain me what is the specific reason you don't pay.

    If casinorewards see this thread after I heard they are here in the forum also, let everyone know what is the bonus abuse you are talking about. Is it manipulation of software, wagering, multiple accounts ? and also bring proof of what you are saying.

    Casinorewards told me they are checking with NETeller and then they did not pay, what the hell is that ? I have no problem with NETeller and NETeller has no problem with me.
